| المستخلص: | يمثل الاهتمام بالتنمية المستدامة العمود الفقري لتنمية المجتمع والنهوض به، ويتطلب تحقيق معدلات التنمية المنشودة التأكيد على أهمية بعض الصيغ الإنتاجية للنهوض بالمجتمع، والتغلب على مشكلاته وتقديم الحلول لها، فرخاء الأمم مرهون بقدرتها على الابتكار والريادة، وتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، لذا سعت الدراسة إلى تقديم رؤية لتطوير التعليم الفني لدعم ريادة الأعمال تحقيقا لأهداف التنمية المستدامة بمصر، من خلال الإجابة عن الأسئلة الآتية: ما المقصود بالتنمية المستدامة، وما أهم أهدافها؟ ما المقصود بمفهوم ريادة الأعمال، وما أهم مقوماتها، وما أهم التجارب الدولية؟ ما أهم سمات واقع التعليم الفني، وكيف يمكن تطويره ارتكازا على مقومات ريادة الأعمال والتجارب الدولية؟ ما التصور المستقبلي لكيفية تحقيق التعليم الفني بعد تطويره لأهداف التنمية المستدامة؟ وتعتمد الدراسة على منهج التحليل الناقد باعتباره المنهج البحثي الملائم لطبيعة قضية الدراسة، من خلال تحليل ناقد لمنظومة التعليم الفني للوقوف على الجوانب الإيجابية وتدعيمها، واكتشاف الفجوات لمواجهتها حتى يمكن تطوير هذه المنظومة ارتكازا على مقومات ريادة الأعمال، وتحقيقا لأهداف التنمية المستدامة واستجابة لمتطلبات العصر ومتغيراته. Attention to sustainable development is the backbone of the development and advancement of society and achieving the desired development rates requires stressing the importance of some productive formulas for the advancement of society, overcoming its problems and providing solutions for them. A vision to develop technical education to support entrepreneurship to achieve the sustainable development goals in Egypt, by answering the following questions: What is meant by sustainable development, and what are its most important goals? What is meant by the concept of entrepreneurship, what are its most important components, and what are the most important international experiences? What are the most important features of the reality of technical education, and how can it be developed based on the elements of entrepreneurship and international experiences? What is the future vision of how technical education will be achieved after developing the sustainable development goals? The study relies on the method of critical analysis as the research method appropriate to the nature of the study issue, through a critical analysis of the technical education system to identify and support the positive aspects, and to discover gaps to face them so that this system can be developed based on the foundations of entrepreneurship, and to achieve the goals of sustainable development and in response to the requirements of the times and its variables. |
