المستخلص:الحمد لله رب العالمين، القائل: و (سَخَّرَ لَكُمْ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَأَسْبَغَ عَلَيْكُمْ نِعَمَهُ ظَاهِرَةً وَبَاطِنَةً)، والصلاة والسلام على من أرسله الله رحمة للعالمين، القائل: المؤمن ألف مألوف، لا خير فيمن لا يألف ولا يؤلف. أما بعد: إن محاسن الإسلام على الإنسانية بأكملها، باعتباره الرسالة الخاتمة الخالدة لعظيمة؛ فقد أنجى البشرية من مهب رياح الضلال وظلمة الأهواء، وما ارتكست فيه من عفن البغضاء والعداوات المفضية إلى الحروب والخراب، وإهدار القيم الإنسانية النبيلة، قال تعالى في محكم تنزيله: (وَاذْكُرُوا نِعْمَةَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ إِذْ كُنْتُمْ أَعْدَاءً فَأَلَّفَ بَيْنَ قُلُوبِكُمْ فَأَصْبَحْتُمْ بِنِعْمَتِهِ إِخْوَانًا وَكُنْتُمْ عَلَى شَفَا حُفْرَةٍ مِنَ النَّارِ فَأَنْقَذَكُمْ مِنْهَا). ومما لاشك فيه أن مفتاح الفلسفة الإسلامية في الاجتماع الإنساني إنما يبدأ بنظرية الاستخلاف، ولقد تميزت مكانة الإنسان في الكون، وعلاقته بالوطن والأرض أو بالثروات والأموال امتلاكا واستثمارا وإنفاقا بفلسفة الاستخلاف، أعني الخليفة المفوض من قبل الباري عز وجل في عمارة الأرض والبلدان، الحر المكلف المسؤول، وهناك أسس وقيم تمثل معالم وضوابط وآفاق لهذا الاستخلاف المبارك: من وحدة التكريم، ووحدة الصانع، ووحدة المصير، ووحدة النسب، ووحدة المصلحة وغيرها من العناصر. ومن هنا، فقد اقتضت طبيعة بحثي المتواضع المعنون: (القيم الدينية وأثرها في ترسيخ مبدأ المواطنة الصالحة)، إلى تقسيم الخطة كالآتي: المبحث الأول: بعنوان الإطار المفاهيمي لمصطلحات البحث: (القيم الدينية، الأثر، ترسيخ، ‏مبدأ، المواطنة الصالحة). والمبحث الثاني: بعنوان القيم والمبادئ الدينية الضرورية لترسيخ المواطنة الصالحة وفيه مطالب وفروع، منها: مبدأ الإستخلاف في الأرض، والتكاتف على أداء كل خير وعمران وفع كل مفسدة وشر على كافة الأصعدة، ومنها: وحدة المآل والمصير، وإفشاء روح السلام والمحبة. مع ذكر تطبيقات ونماذج واقعية بهذا الشأن، منها: أبجديات المواطنة التطبيقية في ظل دستور المدينة في عهد الرسول، ومنها: نموذج راق للمواطنة الصالحة أمام القاضي شريح حدث بين أمير المؤمنين علي بن أبي طالب مع المسيحي في عهده. مع الخاتمة: التي تتضمن أهم النتائج والتوصيات.

Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, who said: He has made subservient to you all that is in the heavens and all that is on the earth, and bestowed upon you His apparent and inward grace, and blessings and peace be upon the one whom God has sent as a mercy to the worlds. As for what follows: The beauties of Islam are for all of humanity, as it is the great and eternal final message. Humanity is blown by the winds of misguidance and fear of the water, and what they have achieved from the mold of the walls and enemies leading to wars and vinegar, and wasting the noble human values, the Almighty said. a pit of fire, then He saved you from it.} There is no doubt that the key to Islamic philosophy in human society begins with the theory of succession, and the position of man in the universe and his relationship to the homeland and land or wealth and money in possession, investment and spending is characterized by the philosophy of succession, I mean the caliph authorized by the Almighty God in the construction of the land and countries, the free, responsible, responsible, There are foundations and values that represent the parameters, controls, and horizons of this blessed succession: from the unity of honor, the unity of the Creator, the unity of destiny, the unity of lineage, the unity of interest and other elements. And from here, The nature of my modest research entitled: (Religious values and their impact on the consolidation of the principle of good citizenship), necessitated the division of the plan as follows: The first topic: entitled the conceptual framework of the research terms: (Religious values, impact, consolidation, principle, good citizenship). And the second topic: entitled the religious values and principles necessary to consolidate good citizenship, and it has demands and branches, including: the principle of succession in the land, and solidarity to perform all good and construction and the prevention of every corruption and evil at all levels, including: the unity of money and destiny, and the disclosure of the spirit of peace and love. With mentioning applications and realistic models in this regard, including: the ABCs of applied citizenship under the constitution of the city in the era of the Prophet, Including : a refined model of good citizenship before the judge, an explanation of what happened between the Commander of the Faithful, Ali bin Abi Talib, with the Christian in his era. With the conclusion: which includes the most important results and recommendations. I ask God the Highest, the Almighty, to help us all to serve the servants and the country, to preserve the dignity of man, whatever his position, and to be righteous and committed as long as we are alive, for He is the guardian of that.
