| المستخلص: | يعتبر الاستثمار السياحي متطلبا ضروريا للتنمية الاقتصادية، حيث أصبحت السياحة صناعة قائمة بذاتها في ظل التكامل الموجود بين مختلف القطاعات للنهوض بهذا القطاع الخدماتي، لأن وجود علاقة طردية بين كل القطاعات يثمن مسألة الاستثمار في المجال السياحي. فصناعة السياحة ظاهرة حضارية واجتماعية وأداة فعالة لتعزيز التنمية المستدامة. تهدف التنمية السياحية إلى رفع قدرات الإنتاج السياحي عن طريق الاستثمار، لأن ذلك يزيد من الدخل القومي من خلال تشغيل اليد العاملة سواء بطريقة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة لارتباطها بالعديد من القطاعات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية، وجلب العملة الصعبة، ومن ثم دفع ميزان المدفوعات. حتى قيل في السياحة أنها صناعة بلا مداخن. خاصة في ظل وجود مقومات جذب سياحي وضمانات قانونية ومالية للمستثمر الأجنبي، والتي يعتبر محفزا للنهوض بالقطاع السياحي. Since The tourism industry is considered a social and cultural phenomenon and an effective tool for promoting sustainable development. Tourism development aims to raise the capabilities of tourism production through investment, since it increases the national income through the employment of labor, either directly or indirectly, due to its association with many economic, social and cultural sectors, and it's role in bringing in hard currency, which can eventually pay the balance of payments, It was even said about the tourism industry that it is an industry without chimneys, Especially with the presence of elements of tourist attraction and legal and financial guarantees for the foreign investor, which is considered a trigger for the advancement of the tourism sector. |
