| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى تعرف: -حساسية العدالة لدى تدريسيي الجامعة. -الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في حساسية العدالة على وفق متغير الجنس (ذكور- إناث) والتخصص (علمي- إنساني) ولتحقيق أهداف البحث عمد الباحثان إلى اختيار عينة البحث من تدريسيي جامعة بابل وعلى وفق الأسلوب العشوائي البسيط من ستة كليات اثنتان إنسانيتان وأربع كليات علمية وطبقت معادلة ثومسون لاستخراج حجم العينة وكان الناتج أن عينة البحث تبلغ (322) تدريسي تم توزيعها على وفق أسلوب التوزيع الطبقي العشوائي ذو التوزيع المتناسب طبق على عينة البحث أداة قياس حساسية العدالة على وفق الإطار النظري وتعريف شميت (2005) وأداته لقياس حساسية العدالة والتي تتكون من (40) فقرة تغطي أربعة مجالات لكل مجال عشر فقرات تم تطبيقها على عينة البحث وبعد إجراءات التحليل الإحصائي واستخراج قيم الصدق والثبات للمقياس توصل البحث إلى النتائج الأتية: -يوجد مستوى مرتفع من حساسية العدالة لدى تدريسيي الجامعة. -عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على وفق متغير الجنس والتخصص في حساسية العدالة لدى تدريسيي الجامعة. وفي ضوء ذلك خرج الباحثان بمجموعة من المقترحات والتوصيات. The research aims to: • The justice sensitivity among university professors. • The statistically significant differences in the justice sensitivity according to the gender variable (male - female) and specialization (scientific- human). To achieve the objectives of the research, the researchers chose the research sample from the teachers of the University of Babylon, according to the simple random method, from six faculties, two humanities and four scientific faculties, and applied Thomson equation to extract the sample size. With a proportional distribution, a tool for measuring justice sensitivity was applied to the research sample according to the theoretical framework and the definition of Schmidt (2005) and its tool for measuring the sensitivity of justice, which consists of (40) paragraphs covering four areas for each field. Ten paragraphs were applied to the research sample and after statistical analysis procedures and extracting honesty values And the stability of the scale, the research reached the following results: • There is a high level of justice sensitivity among university professors • There are no statistically significant differences according to the variable of gender and specialization in the justice sensitivity among university professors. In light of this, the researchers came up with a set of suggestions and recommendations. |
