| المستخلص: | تناولنا خلال هذه الدراسة موضوع الصراع بين الغرب والشرق من خلال تسليط الضوء على تفاصيل الأزمة الأوكرانية الراهنة وخلفيتها التاريخية، والتحولات الجيوسياسية التي تعرفها أروبا الشرقية في ظل تمدد، وازدهار، ونمو القوة الجيوبوليتيكية لكل من روسيا- بقيادة بوتين- والصين، على حساب الولايات المتحدة وأوروبا، ونزعت روسيا والصين لتوسيع محيطهما الحيوي، بسبب تراكم الطاقة الجيوبوليتيكية ونموها وحاجتها للتمدد، مما يشكل تهديدا للمحيط الحيوي للولايات المتحدة وتحالفها في بحر الصين، وخطوط التجارة البحرية العالمية، وكذلك تمدد روسيا في الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا وشرق أوروبا وجزيرة القرم وبيلاروسيا وجورجيا، ولعل تطور الأحداث وتعاقبها بشكل مضطرد على المسرح الدولي، جعل الرأي العام الدولي يتفاعل بشكل كبير مع الأزمة الروسية الأوكرانية، ويخلص إلى فرضية تغيير النظام العالمي فطبيعة النزاع بين البلدين تحيلنا جميعا على مرحلة مهمة في تاريخ العلاقات الدولية المعاصرة ويضعنا في قلب الصراع مجددا بين الغرب والشرق، وكأننا نعيش الأمس القريب الذي تلى الحرب العالمية الثانية، تقريبا نفس السيناريو مع اختلاف في بعض التفاصيل المهمة التي تميز المرحلة الراهنة.
