| المستخلص: | الغرض الرئيسي من التشريع الإسلامي هو تحقيق مصالح العباد في المعاش والمعاد، وقد توزعت أحكام الشريعة على قسم توقيفي تعبدي معلل بعلل مجملة القصد منها مصلحة الخلق، إلا أن تفاصيلها قد تعجز العقول عن إدراك تلكم المصالح والمنافع، وقسم توفيقي اجتهادي للعقول فيه مجال واسع في إدراك تلكم المناسبات المصلحية لتلك الأحكام المعقولة المعنى، تترجمه أنظار واستنباطات العلماء. وغرضي من هذه المقالة بيان وتوضيح لدور المناسبة ليس كمسلك جزئي بل كمنظومة شرعية مقاصدية تقرب بين الأدلة والقواعد المقاصدية والخلافات الأصولية لتصهر في وعاء تكاملي تتعاون فيه العقول السليمة لمواجهة الضرورات والحاجات الملحة في ميدان التطبيق لاستخراج أحكام وبناء آراء وفتاوى على ضوء مناسبات شرعية جمعت بين أوصاف ظاهرة منضبطة وحكم ومقاصد تقرها العقول وتلحقها بجنس أجناس التشريع من جلب المصالح ودفع المفاسد.
