| المستخلص: | تناولت في هذا البحث شهادة الرسول صلى الله عليه وآله بمقام وحجية السيدة فاطمة الزهراء (عليها السلام)؛ والذي تضمن جميع ماروته بخصوص الأحكام الفقهية تارة ما صدر عنها (عليها السلام) بصورة مباشرة، وتارة بصورة غير مباشرة؛ عن طريق الاستنباط والتحليل لمروياتها في العقائد والأخلاق، وخطبها التي ألقتها (عليها السلام) بعد وفاة الرسول (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)؛ والرد على بعض آراء العلماء الذين ادعوا قلة أو انعدام لاحاديثها ومروياتها (عليها السلام)؛ وذكرت الشخصيات التي روت عنها (عليها السلام)؛ مع إحصاء مروياتهم وفي أي باب تصب؛ وذكرت المرويات الفقهية فقط كونها محل عنوان البحث، كما وبحثت في حجيتها (عليها السلام) كونها من أهم مصادر التشريع بعد وفاة النبي (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)؛ وعرضت احتجاجها (عليها السلام)؛ وكيف أنها (عليها السلام) تعلمنا طريق الاحتجاج الصحيح بالرجوع إلى المصدر الأول للتشريع؛ ألا وهو القرآن الكريم؛ فما وافق القرآن نأخذ به؛ وما خالفه نضرب به عرض الجدار؛ ونتيجة البحث أنها (عليها السلام)؛ لم تأت بأحكام جديدة عما جاء به النبي (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)؛ بل كانت امتداد لسنته (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم). In this research, I dealt with the testimony of the Messenger, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family, with the status and authority of Lady Fatima al-Zahra (peace be upon her); Which included all his narrations regarding fiqh rulings, sometimes directly and sometimes indirectly. Through deduction and analysis of her narratives in beliefs and morals, and her sermons that she (peace be upon her) gave after the death of the Messenger (peace and blessings of God be upon him and his family); And responding to some of the opinions of scholars who claimed the lack or absence of her hadiths and narrations (peace be upon her); She mentioned the characters she narrated (peace be upon her); With counting their narrations and in which door they are poured; The jurisprudential narrations were mentioned only as the subject of the title of the research, and also discussed its authenticity (peace be upon her) as it is one of the most important sources of legislation after the death of the Prophet (peace and blessings of God be upon him and his family); and offered her protest (peace be upon her); And how she (peace be upon her) teaches us the correct way of protesting by referring to the first source of legislation; That is, the Noble Qur’an; Whatever the Qur’an agrees with, we take it. And what is contrary to it, we hit the width of the wall; The result of the research is that she (peace be upon her); It did not bring new rulings from what the Prophet (peace and blessings of God be upon him and his family) brought; Rather, it was an extension of his Sunnah (may God bless him and his family and grant them peace. |
