| المستخلص: | فقد قمت بكتابة هذا البحث راجيا من الله المثوبة وحسن الجزاء، وقد تضمن البحث أحكاما تتعلق بجزئية قراءة المأموم للفاتحة في الصلاة، من حيث كونها فرضا لا تصح الصلاة إلا بها كما هو الحال عند الشافعية، أو كونها تقرأ أحيانا وتترك أخرى كما هو الحال عند المالكية والحنابلة متنقلين بين استحباب وكراهة، أو لا تقرأ أبدا كما عند الأحناف: فتكره عندهم كراهة تحريم مع الحكم بصحة الصلاة على الصحيح، وقيل: تفسد. متناولا الاستفتاح والاستعاذة والبسملة وسكتات الإمام للحاجة إلى ذلك. كل هذا داخل المذاهب المشتهرة: الحنفية، المالكية، الشافعية، الحنبلية. وما أردته من هذا البحث هو إظهار ما في بطون الكتب من أحكام وردت فيها، خالية من الأدلة (غالبا) والحكم على الأقوال، طلبا للاختصار وسهولة الإحاطة بالأحكام. وأخيرا: أنتم النقاد، فإن كان البحث خاليا من الشوائب -نسأل الله ذلك -فقد تم المراد، وإن كانت الأخرى، فأنتم من يجلو شوائبه -إن شاء الله-. I wrote this research hoping for Godʾs reward and good recompense, and the research included provisions related to the partial recitation of the congregation for Al- Fatihah in prayer, in terms of it being an obligation that prayer is not valid without it, as is the case with the Shafiʾis, or it is sometimes read and others are left, as is the case with the Malikis The Hanbalis move between desirable and disliked, or not read at all, as among the Hanafis: so it is makrooh for them to prohibit with the ruling on the validity of prayer according to the correct, and it was said: It spoils. Addressing the opening, seeking refuge, the basmalah, and the silences of the imam for the need to do so. All this is within the well-known schools of thought: the Hanafis, the Malikis, the Shafi'is, and the Hanbalis. What I wanted from this research is to show the rulings contained in the books contained therein, devoid of evidence (mostly) and to judge the sayings, in order to be brief and easy to understand the rulings. Finally: you are the critics, and if the research is free of impurities- we ask God that it has been done, and if it is the other, then you are the ones who clear its impurities- God willing -. May God's peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, companions and followers. |
