المستخلص:تقييم مخاطر مشاريع البناء، يعتمد التقييم على أساليب صنع القرار متعددة السمات يتم اختيار سمات تقييم المخاطر مع الأخذ في الاعتبار مصالح وأهداف أصحاب المصلحة وكذلك العوامل التي تؤثر على كفاءة عملية البناء وقيمة العقارات يتم تحديد ترتيب الأشياء وتحديد أمثلتها من خلال تطبيق الأساليب مع قيم تكافؤ محددة على فترات يتم توفير خلفية ووصف للنموذج المقترح ويتم تقديم النتائج الرئيسية للتحليل. تعتبر مشروعات البناء والتشييد ذات طبيعة خاصة وتؤثر عليها عوامل كثيرة، مما يعرضها إلى مخاطر نتيجة لطول فترة التنفيذ وتعدد المراحل ابتداء بمرحلة فكرة المشروع مرورا بمرحلة التنفيذ وحتى التسليم النهائي للمشروع، الأمر الذي يؤدي إلى زيادة عدم التأكد وزيادة احتمالية وقوع هذه المخاطر. يستعرض هذا البحث المخاطر في مشاريع البناء والتشييد، وتأثيرها في أهداف المشروع) التكلفة، الجودة المخاطر في مشاريع البناء والتشييد وعلى عدد من المقابلات المباشرة مع مهندسين من ذوي خبرة في مشاريع التشييد، بالإضافة إلى الزيارات الميدانية لواقع المشاريع. على هذا الأساس تم إعداد لتحديد والتعرف على المخاطر التي قد تواجه مشروعات البناء والتشييد وتم توزيعه على عدد من الشركات المحلية التابعة للدولة الليبية العاملة في قطاع البناء والتشييد.

Assessment of the risks of construction projects, the assessment is based on multi-attribute decision-making methods The characteristics of the risk assessment are selected taking into account the interests and objectives of stakeholders as well as factors affecting the efficiency of the construction process and the value of real estate The order of things and their optimization are determined by applying methods with specific equivalence values At intervals a background and description of the proposed model are provided and the main results of the analysis are presented. Building and construction projects are of a special nature and are affected by many factors, which expose them to risks as a result of the long implementation period and the multiplicity of stages starting from the project idea stage through the implementation stage until the final delivery of the project, which leads to increased uncertainty and an increase in the possibility of these risks. This research reviews the risks in building and construction projects, and their impact on project objectives (cost, quality, risks in building and construction projects and on a number of direct interviews with engineers with experience in construction projects, in addition to field visits to project sites. On this basis, it has been prepared to identify and identify the risks that may face building and construction projects and has been distributed to a number of local companies affiliated with the Libyan state working in the construction sector.
