| المستخلص: | ترتكب قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي انتهاكات جسيمة ترقى وفقا لأركان الجرائم التي وضعتها اللجنة التحضيرية للمحكمة الجنائية ولنظام المحكمة الجنائية الدولية لجرائم حرب وجرائم ضد الإنسانية بحق البيئة الفلسطينية، والاستيطان المستمر في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة، والحقوق الصحية للأسرى والمعتقلين في سجون الاحتلال خلال جائحة كورونا، وهي بذلك تنتهك الحماية الدولية التي تضفيها قواعد القانون الدولي الإنساني عليهم. وقد أوصى الباحث بضرورة تفعيل ملاحقة مرتكبي الجرائم الإسرائيليين أمام المحكمة الجنائية الدولية عن جرائمهم بحق البيئة الفلسطينية، واستمرار الاستيطان في الضفة الغربية، والانتهاكات الخطيرة التي ترتكب ضد الحقوق الصحية للأسرى والمعتقلين الفلسطينيين والعرب في سجون الاحتلال، نظرا لجسامة تلك الانتهاكات. The Israeli occupying forces are committing grave violations in accordance with the the crimes established by the Preparatory Commission for the Criminal Court and International Criminal Court (ICC) system of war crimes and crimes against humanity against the Palestinian environment, the continued settlement in the occupied Palestinian territories, and the health rights of prisoners and detainees in the occupation prisons during the Koruna pandemic, in violation of international protection, which is guaranteed by the rules of international humanitarian law. The researcher has recommended the necessity of activating the prosecution of the Israeli crimes perpetrators before the International Criminal Court for their crimes against the Palestinian environment, the continuation of settlement in the West Bank, and the serious violations committed against the health rights of prisoners and detainees in the occupation prisons. |
