| المستخلص: | تناول هذا البحث الحديث عن: السؤالات الحديثية، والتي جاءت خدمة لسنة سيدنا النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم)، وصيانة لها، فتحدث في المطلب الأول من المبحث الأول: عن تعريفها، ونشأتها، واستمدادها، وفائدتها، وعلاقتها بعلوم الحديث خاصة، والفنون الأخرى عامة، ثم بينت الدراسة المطبوع من هذه السؤالات والمخطوط والمفقود، ثم بيان المادة العلمية التي اشتملت عليها كتب السؤالات، وبيان أهم ملامح الأئمة السائلين، والمجيبين من النقاد، ثم تطرقت الدراسة في المطلب الثاني: لبيان ذلك كله بنموذج تطبيقي عملي، تجلى في ذكر وجمع السؤالات الحديثية التي انفرد بها الإمام البخاري عن شيخه ابن معين، ابتدأ بذكر ترجمة موجزة للإمامين، وإطلالة على أهم ملامح منهج الإمام ابن معين في الجرح والتعديل، وفي المبحث الثاني: تعرضت الدراسة لذكر السؤالات الحديثية التي انفرد الإمام البخاري بذكرها عن شيخه ابن معين في شتى علوم الحديث، وغيرها من العلوم، ثم مقارنتها بأقوال جماهير النقاد من أئمة هذا الشأن؛ للوقوف على مدى موافقة الإمام ابن معين للجمهور من عدمه. واتبعت في بحثي هذا: المنهج التاريخي الحصري الاستقرائي الوصفي التحليلي. -وأهم ما توصلت له الدراسة من نتائج: 1- بيان أهمية السؤالات الحديثية، وأنها بمثابة التطبيق العملي لعلوم الحديث التي تلت السؤالات الحديثية في التصنيف والتدوين. 2- الوقوف على أهم ما انفرد به البخاري من سؤالات لابن معين في مؤلف واحد بعد جمعها من بطون كتب الرجال والتراجم والتواريخ. 3- تنوع هذه الأسئلة -من البخاري لشيخه ابن معين -فلم تقتصر على الجرح والتعديل فقط، بل شملت أكثر أنواع علوم الحديث. 4- عدم تلقي البخاري هذه الأجوبة من شيخه ابن معين بالتسليم المحض، وإنما كان أحيانا يوضح ما استغلق فهمه منها، وأحيانا أخري: يستدرك شيخه ويتعقبه بأسلوب علمي يدل على مدى تمكنه من هذا الفن. This research dealt with the modern questions, which came to serve the Sunnah of our Prophet, and to preserve it, so he spoke in the first requirement of the first topic: about its definition, its origin, its derivation, its usefulness, and its relationship to the sciences of hadith in particular, and other arts in general, then the study showed the printed from These questions, the manuscript and the missing ones, then a statement of the scientific material that was included in the question books, and an explanation of the most important features of the questioning imams, and the respondents from the critics. On the authority of his sheikh, Ibn Ma'in, he began by mentioning a brief translation of the two imams, and an overview of the most important features of Imam Ibn Ma'in's approach to Jarh and Ta'deel. And in the second topic: the study was exposed to mentioning the hadith questions that Imam al-Bukhari alone mentioned on the authority of his sheikh, Ibn Moin, in various sciences of hadith, and other sciences, and then compared them with the sayings of the masses of critics from the imams in this regard; To determine the extent to which Imam Ibn Ma'een agreed with the public or not. In my research, I followed the exclusive historical, inductive, descriptive, and analytical method. The most important findings of the study are: 1- A statement of the importance of hadith questions, and that they serve as the practical application of hadith sciences that followed modern questions in classification and codification. 2- Standing on the most important questions that Al-Bukhari made unique to Ibn Mu'in in one author after collecting them from the wombs of books of men, translations and histories. 3- The variety of these questions - from Al-Bukhari to his sheikh Ibn Mu'in - were not limited to Jarh and Tadeel only, but also included most types of hadith sciences. 4-Al-Bukhari did not receive these answers from his sheikh, Ibn Mu'in, with pure submission, but sometimes he clarified what his understanding of them was closed, and other times: his sheikh reconsiders and tracks him in a scientific manner that indicates the extent of his mastery of this art. |
