| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى وصف الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر كأحد مظاهر العولمة الاقتصادية المعاصرة والتي تسعى البلدان المتقدمة والنامية إلى جذبه لما له من آثار إيجابية في البلدان المضيفة، وقد ركز الباحث في هذه البحث على العلاقة بين الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر والنمو الاقتصادي ومدى تأثير زيادة تدفق تلك الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة على النمو الاقتصادي في اليمن ولما لهذا من آثار إيجابية على البلدان إذ تتسابق البلدان المتقدمة أو النامية إلى استقطاب ذلك الاستثمار. إذ أستعرض الباحث في هذا البحث الناتج المحلي لليمن ومعدلات نموها والقطاعات الاقتصادية كالقطاع النفطي وتحويلات المغتربين التي أسهمت في رفع تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في اليمن. وتم الحديث أيضا عن أهمية الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر بالنسبة للبلدان النامية والأوضاع الاقتصادية في تلك البلدان والعوامل والمزايا الجاذبة للاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر بالإضافة إلى الحديث عن العلاقة بين كل من الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر والنمو الاقتصادي والناتج المحلي الإجمالي وأثره في الاقتصاد اليمني. وقد توصل الباحث في هذا البحث إلى أن بلادنا لم تستفد كثيرا من الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر لعدة أسباب لعل الأبرز منها هو ضعف البنى التحتية من شبكة طرقات ومطارات، وكهرباء ومياه ووسائل اتصالات، وغيرها من البنى التحتية المرتبطة بالاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر بالإضافة إلى المشاكل القائمة في الأماكن والأراضي المخصصة للاستثمار التي تعد غير مهيأة بعد لاستقبال الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر وفق أنظمة وقوانين العولمة والفساد المستشري في أروقة الحكومة اليمنية وخصوصا في المرافق والقطاعات التي تعنى بشئون الاستثمار. The research aims to describe foreign direct investment as one of the aspects of contemporary economic globalization that developed and developing countries seek to attract because of its positive effects in host countries, and the researcher focused in this research on the relationship between foreign direct investment and economic growth and the extent of the impact of increasing the flow of those foreign direct investments On the economic growth in Yemen and the positive effects this has on countries where countries, whether developed or developing, are racing to attract that investment. Where the researcher reviewed in this research the domestic product of Yemen, its growth rates and economic sectors such as the oil sector and remittances of expatriates that contributed to raising the foreign direct investment flows in Yemen. There was also talk about the importance of foreign direct investment for developing countries, the economic conditions in those countries and the factors and advantages that attract foreign direct investment, in addition to the relationship between both foreign direct investment and economic growth and gross domestic product and its impact on the Yemeni economy. The researcher has found in this research that our country has not benefited much from foreign direct investment for several reasons, perhaps the most prominent of which is the weak infrastructure of a network of roads and airports, electricity, water, communications, and other infrastructures associated with foreign direct investment in addition to the existing problems in places and lands Designated for investment that is not yet ready to receive foreign direct investment in accordance with the laws and regulations of globalization and corruption rampant in the corridors of the Yemeni government, especially in the facilities and sectors concerned with investment affairs. |
