| 520 | |a لقد فرضت مسألة المسؤولية الاجتماعية نفسها عنوة مؤخرا في محيط العلاقات الاقتصادية سواء الوطنية منها أو الدولية، فمن ناحية أثارت ردود أفعال المناهضين للعولمة منذ منتصف التسعينات خاصة بعد قيام منظمة التجارة العالمية الصدى العميق لدى الشركات المتعددة الجنسيات العملاقة حول دورها ومسؤوليتها الجديدة في مواجهة تنامي ظاهرة الفقر والإفقار في العالم، نتيجة التطبيقات الصارمة لتحرير التجارة الدولية، ومن ناحية ثانية، لقد أعادت منظمات دولية غير حكومية لأصحاب الأعمال مثل المنظمة الدولية لأصحاب الأعمال تضم 137 اتحاد فدرالي وطني لأصحاب الأعمال في 133 دولة تقييم أنشطتها والتدقيق في مواثيق إنشاءها، لتذكير أعضاءها بمسؤولياتهم الأساسية كممثلين للقطاع الخاص وكرموز لاقتصاديات السوق في عصر العولمة. ويكتسب الدور الاجتماعي للمؤسسات أهمية متزايدة، لأن فلسفة هذه المسؤولية مستمدة من طابعها الاختياري المرن والشامل بما يسمح ويشجع كل مؤسسة أيا كان حجمها ونطاق أعمالها بأن تنتهج ما تراه مناسبا وملائما من الإجراءات والممارسات، وفق إمكانياتها وقدراتها المادية وبما يتجاوب مع حقائق السوق ومقتضياته. |b The issue of social responsibility has imposed itself recently in the context of economic relations, whether national or international, on the one hand provoked the reactions of anti-globalization since the mid-nineties, especially after the establishment of the World Trade Organization deeply resonated with giant multinationals about their role and new responsibility in the face of the growing phenomenon of poverty And impoverishment in the world as a result of the strict applications of the liberalization of international trade. On the other hand, international non-governmental organizations for employers such as the International Organization of Employers comprising 137 national federations of employers in 133 countries have re-evaluated their activities and scrutinized their establishment pacts to remind their members of their primary responsibilities as representatives of the private sector. And as symbols of market economies in the era of globalization. The social role of institutions is gaining increasing importance because the philosophy of this responsibility derives from its flexible, voluntary and comprehensive nature, which allows and encourages each institution, whatever its size and scope of work, to adopt what it deems appropriate and appropriate procedures and practices according to its capabilities and material capabilities and in response to market facts and requirements. | ||
