| المستخلص: | يتم دائما البحث عن التقنيات المختلفة والحديثة في عملية الأنشاء للمباني، والتي تساعد في زيادة مقاومة المبنى للعوامل الخارجية، وزيادة سبل الراحة والسلامة للمبنى ومستخدميه. وتهدف الدراسة إلى التعريف بمفهوم العزل للمباني، وأنواع العزل الأساسية والمواد والتقنيات المستخدمة في العزل، وبيان ما هو دور العزل في الحافظة على سلامة البناء وديمومته وحمايته من المؤثرات الخارجية من حرارة وماء ورطوبة وضجيج، وحمايته من التصدعات والتشققات وكيف يساعد العزل في تخفيف كلف الصيانة وكلف التدفئة والتبريد وكلف الطاقة الكهربائية أيضا، والتعرف بالأضرار المحتملة للأبنية الغير معزولة، ودور العزل في تحسن جودة الحياة في المبنى وزيادة الرضى والراحة لدى المستخدمين. Always looking for various and modern technologies in the construction process of buildings, which help in increasing the building's resistance to external factors, and increase the comfort and safety of the building and its users. The study aims to introduce the concept of insulation for buildings, the basic types of insulation, materials and techniques used in insulation, and what is the role of insulation in maintaining the safety and durability of the building and protecting it from external influences such as heat, water, moisture and noise, and protecting it from cracks and collapse, and how insulation helps reduce maintenance costs and costs of heating, cooling and the cost of electrical energy as well, identifying the current damages to non-insulated buildings, and the role of insulation in improving the quality of life in the building and increasing the satisfaction and comfort of users. |
