| المستخلص: | يهدف هذا المقال إلى البحث في أضابير المبدع عبد الرحمن بلاص فهو قيمة إنسانية ومؤسسة ثقافية...! فقد كان يغني (بإحساسه) ويفكر (بعقله) ويكتب (بضميره)، عاش قريبا من نبض عامة الناس وكان (رأس ماله) في ذلك الحب والقبول الإنساني المطلق الذي كان يجده من الجميع. خرج المقال بعدد من النتائج منها: عاش المبدع عبد الرحمن بلاص وفيا للمبادئ التي آمن بها وكان مخلصا لمشروعه الإبداعي الذي اجتهد كثيرا من أجل التأكيد من خلاله أن المسئولية الوطنية والأخلاقية للمبدع تجاه قضايا وطنه وشعبه تستحق تحمل كل أشكال العنـاء ومواجهة المشقة والعنت. اجتهد عبد الرحمن بلاص كثيرا حتى يقنع القائمين بالأمر على حقيقة أن التراث بضروبه المختلفة ليس مجرد اتكاءه على جدار الذكريات حيث يري منظراتية الأنظمة الشمولية بأن التراث لا يتناسب مع (الواقع)، والحياة العصرية. كما توصل المقالالي عدد من التوصيات منها: تدريس كتب عبد الرحمن بلاص التي ألفها إلى طلاب الجامعات في كليات الإعلام والفلكلـور وغيرها من الكليات ذات الصلة. جمع وتسجيل أغانيه حفاظا لها من الضياع، مع تحويل أغانيه المحفوظة في اشرطه كست إلى وسائل رقمية حديثة.
