| المستخلص: | الأهمية: إلقاء الضوء على دور أنظمة وأساليب حماية الملكية الفكرية على مشروعات الأسر المنتجة. الأهداف: -إيجاد الفروق بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة في أبعاد استبيان أنظمة وأساليب حماية الملكية الفكرية وأبعاد استبيان الأسر المنتجة. -إيجاد العلاقة بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة في أبعاد استبيان أنظمة وأساليب حماية الملكية الفكرية وأبعاد استبيان الأسر المنتجة. -إيجاد أكثر المتغيرات تأثيرا على أنظمة حماية الملكية الفكرية تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة. الفروض: -توجد فروق بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة في أبعاد استبيان أنظمة وأساليب حماية الملكية الفكرية وأبعاد استبيان الأسر المنتجة. -توجد علاقة بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة في أبعاد استبيان أنظمة وأساليب حماية الملكية الفكرية وأبعاد استبيان الأسر المنتجة. -توجد علاقة بين أكثر المتغيرات تأثيرا على أنظمة وأساليب حماية الملكية الفكرية: (الحالة الاجتماعية - محل الإقامة- الدخل الشهري- نوع الوظيفة). المنهج: المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، الحدود: المكانية: طبقت الدراسة الحالية على منطقة مكة المكرمة والتي تشمل كل من المحافظات التالية: مكة المكرمة/ جدة/ الطائف الزمانية: منذ بداية شهر محرم لعام 1442ه وحتى بداية شهر رجب لعام 1442ه. البشرية: أسر منتجة ويمتلكون منتجات في السوق المحلي الأدوات: المقابلة الشخصية والاستبيان، النتائج: وجدت أنظمة وأساليب حماية الملكية الفكرية في تحقيق التنمية الاجتماعية بدرجة عالية حيث كان المتوسط الحسابي (2.720) التوصيات. أعداد البرامج التدريبية لأنظمة وأساليب الحماية الفكرية لرفع وعي الأسر المنتجة. Importance: Shedding light on the role of intellectual property protection systems and methods on the projects of productive families. Objectives: -Finding differences between the average scores of the sample members in the dimensions of the questionnaire of systems and methods of intellectual property protection and the dimensions of the productive families questionnaire. -Finding the relationship between the average scores of the sample members in the dimensions of the questionnaire of systems and methods of intellectual property protection and the dimensions of the productive families questionnaire. Finding the most influential variables on intellectual property protection systems according to the study variables. Assumptions: -There are differences between the average scores of the sample members in the dimensions of the Intellectual Property Protection Systems and Methods Questionnaire and the dimensions of the Productive Families Questionnaire. -There is a relationship between the average scores of the sample members in the dimensions of the Intellectual Property Protection Systems and Methods Questionnaire and the dimensions of the Productive Families Questionnaire. -There is a relationship between the most influential variables on the systems and methods of intellectual property protection: (marital status - place of residence - monthly income - type of job) Method: Descriptive analytical approach, limits: spatial: The current study was applied to the Makkah region, which includes each of the following governorates: Makkah / Jeddah / Taif Temporal: from the beginning of the month of Muharram for the year 1442 AH until the beginning of the month of Rajab for the year 1442 AH. Humanity: productive families and they own Products in the local market Tools: personal interview and questionnaire, results: found systems and methods of intellectual property protection in achieving social development at a high degree, where the arithmetic mean (2.720) |
