The objective basis for the protection of minorities was included in the article's text of 86-93 of the Treaty of Versailles, which stipulated the principle of protecting minorities. Advertisement and treaties were included this principle with the endorsement of seventeen states and with the guarantee of The League of Nations. nonetheless, the League council put condition upon the states that desired to belong to the League through issuing a unilateral statement pledging to respect the rights of minorities in their lands, as a condition for joining the League of Nations, as a result, a special system for the protection of minorities under the League of Nations have appeared, and the path that must be followed to protect minorities. |
