| المستخلص: | تتناول الدراسة موضوع دور التقنيات الحديثة في المكتبات من وجهة نظر طلاب قسم المكتبات والمعلومات وصولا إلى هدف الدارسة في إبراز رأي طلاب قسم المكتبات والمعلومات وتقييمهم لهذه التقنيات، ومعرفة التقنيات الأكثر استخداما، وتبين انعكاساتها على المكتبات بمختلف قطاعاتها. قدمت الدراسة مفهوم تقنيات المعلومات، وبينت أسباب استخدامها بالمكتبات، وعرضت الدراسة إحدى عشرة تقنية حديثة من التقنيات بعد أن قسمتهم قسمين: تقنيات تتطلب تجهيزات محدودة، وتقنيات تتطلب تجهيزات باهظة الثمن، كما تتطرق الدراسة أيضا إلى توضيح أثر التقنيات في المكتبات عن طريق استبيان موجه لطلاب قسم المكتبات والمعلومات، بينت الاستبانة بالنسبة 68.9% استخدموا هذه التقنيات، وحظيت تقنية QRCode بالنسبة الكبرى بالاستخدام، بينما لم تحظ تقنية Hologram بالاستخدام، واقترحت الدراسة استثمار التقنيات الحديثة بالمكتبات بما يسهم تعزيز خدماتها ويزيد على رضا المستفيدين. This study deals with the role of modern technologies in libraries from the point of view of students at the Department of Library and Information. The study aims at highlighting the opinion of students of the Department of Library and Information and their evaluation of these technologies. It also aims at identifying the techniques most used, and showing their implications for libraries in their various sectors. The study presented eleven modern technologies after dividing them into two sections: techniques that require limited equipment, and techniques that require expensive equipment. The study intends to clarifyi the impact of technologies in libraries through a questionnaire directed to students of the Library and Information Department. The questionnaire shows that 68.9 percent % used these technologies, where QR Code technology received the largest percentage of use. Hologram technology was not used. The study suggests investing modern technologies in libraries to contribute to enhancing their services and increasing the beneficiaries’ satisfaction. |
