| المستخلص: | استهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الضغوط المهنية والرضا الوظيفي لدى معلمين ومعلمات التربية الرياضية بالمرحلة المتوسطة. منهج البحث: استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي "أسلوب المسح" حيث أنه المنهج المناسب لطبيعة هذا البحث. مجتمع وعينة البحث: يشتمل مجتمع البحث على معلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية (ذكور وإناث) من العاملين بوازرة التربية والتعليم بالكويت للعام ٢٠١٩ – ٢٠٢٠ م، وقد قامت الباحثة باختيار عينة عمدية قوامها ٦٠ مدرس ومدرسة. استخدمت الباحثة الوسائل الآتية لجمع البيانات اللازمة للدراسة: تحليل الوثائق والسجلات المقابلة الشخصية قائمة الضغوط المهنية لمعلم التربية الرياضية الاستنتاجات -توجد علاقة ارتباطية سالبة ودالة إحصائيا بين الضغوط المهنية والرضا الوظيفي لدى معلمين التربية الرياضية بالمرحلة المتوسطة بالكويت. التوصيات تحديد المهام تحديدا دقيقا وتحديد سياسات ومتطلبات العمل والتأكد من عدم تعارضها وتضاربها مع المتطلبات والمهام الأخرى. The current research aimed to identify the relationship between occupational stress and job satisfaction among physical education teachers at the intermediate stage. Research Methodology: The researcher used the descriptive method "survey method" as it is the appropriate method for the nature of this research. Research community and sample: The research community includes physical education teachers (males and females) working in the Ministry of Education in Kuwait for the year 2019-2020 AD, and the researcher selected a deliberate sample of 60 teachers and schools. The researcher used the following methods to collect the necessary data for the study: Analysis of documents and records personal interview List of occupational stresses for physical education teacher Conclusions - There is a negative and statistically significant correlation between occupational stress and physical satisfaction among physical education teachers at the intermediate stage in Kuwait. Recommendations Defining the tasks precisely. Defining business policies and requirements and ensuring that they do not conflict with other requirements and tasks. |
