| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث الحالي إلى القيام بدراسة تحليلية للتعرف على واقع تطبيق آليات التميز المؤسسي بالهيئات الرياضية كمدخل إداري معاصر لتحقيق الإبداع الإداري في ضوء رؤية مصر ٢٠٣٠، وذلك من خلال التعرف على جوانب تميز الأداء التشغيلي كعنصر فعال لتعزيز آليات الإبداع والابتكار، آليات تميز الأداء الاستراتيجي المبني على تحسين البنية التحتية للارتقاء بجودة الحياة الرياضية والشبابية، دعم قواعد تميز الأداء الخدمي لتحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة للهيئات الشبابية والرياضية، جوانب تميز الأداء الاقتصادي من ناتج استحداث البرامج والأنشطة الرياضية، استراتيجيات تميز الأداء المعلوماتي والتكنولوجي لإرثاء مبادئ الحوكمة في الهيئات الشبابية والرياضية، برامج تميز أداء العنصر البشرى وتمكينه من المشاركة الاجتماعية لكافة فئات المجتمع واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي (أسلوب الدراسات المسحية)، يتمثل مجتمع البحث في بعض قيادات وزارة الشباب والرياضة، وبعض أعضاء مجالس إدارات اللجنة الأولمبية المصرية والاتحادات الرياضية المصرية، وبعض القيادات العاملة بمديريات الشباب والرياضة بالمحافظات المصرية، وبعض العاملين بالأندية الرياضية ومراكز الشباب، والبالغ قوامهم (٢١٠) فردا. واستخدم الباحث لجمع البيانات استبيان واقع تطبيق آليات التميز المؤسسي بالهيئات الرياضية. The current research aims to carry out an analytical study to identify the reality of applying the mechanisms of institutional excellence in sports bodies as a contemporary administrative entrance to achieve administrative creativity in the light of Egypt’s vision 2030, by identifying aspects of operational performance excellence as an effective element to enhance the mechanisms of creativity and innovation, mechanisms for distinguished strategic performance based on Improving the infrastructure to improve the quality of sports and youth life, supporting the rules of service performance excellence to achieve the dimensions of sustainable development for youth and sports bodies, aspects of economic performance excellence resulting from the development of sports programs and activities, strategies for distinguishing information and technological performance to satisfy the principles of governance in youth and sports organizations, programs for excellence in performance of the element humankind and enable it to socially participate for all segments of society. The researcher used the descriptive approach (the method of survey studies). The research community is represented by some leaders of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, some members of the boards of directors of the Egyptian Olympic Committee and the Egyptian sports federations, and some leaders working in the directorates of youth and sports in the Egyptian governorates, and some workers in sports clubs and youth centers. (210) people. The researcher used to collect data a questionnaire about the reality of applying the mechanisms of institutional excellence in sports bodies. |
