| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز واقع التعلم التنظيمي في الفنادق المصرية من حيث تحديد خصائص ومتطلبات ومعوقات التعلم التنظيمي مدى تأثيره في تحسين أداء العاملين للتعلم، ومدى إدراك العاملين لمفهوم التعلم التنظيمي وتطبيقه. اعتمد الباحثون على منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة العشوائية للعاملين بفنادق العينة وبلغت (٣٨٤) عامل بفنادق العينة، وتم تحليلها باستخدام المنهج الوصفي. تم تطبيق الجزء الميداني عن طريق عقد مقابلات شخصية مع العاملين في فنادق الخمس نجوم بمدينة الأقصر. وتوصي الدراسة الفنادق بضرورة إنشاء وحدة التعلم، الاهتمام بضرورة استخدام نظام دقيق لتقييم الوضع الراهن للتعلم، الاهتمام بضرورة أن تكون أسماء الفنادق مدرجة ضمن قائمة الفنادق المتعلمة المصرية، الاهتمام بضرورة الحصول على شهادات وعلامات تعليمية. This study aims to determine the characteristics, requirements, and obstacles of organizational learning in Egyptian hotels, to apply organizational learning and to evaluate the extent of its impact on improving workers' learning performance, and the extent to which workers realize the concept of organizational learning and its application. Study methodology The researcher relied on the social survey method with a random sample of workers in the sample hotels, and it amounted to (384) workers in the sample hotels, and it was analyzed using the descriptive approach. The field part was implemented by holding personal interviews with workers in five-star hotels in Luxor. The study found a strong correlation between organizational learning and employee performance and ethics. The study recommends hotels to establish a learning unit, pay attention to the need to use an accurate system to assess the mortgage situation for learning, pay attention to the need for the names of hotels to be included in the list of Egyptian educated hotels, pay attention to the need to obtain certificates and marks. |
