| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى جمع الصيغ الترجيحية عند الإمام الشوكاني في تفسيره ومدى عنايته بالصيغ للوصول إلى أرجح الأقوال، خاصة أنه صاحب باع كبير في علوم الشريعة المختلفة، وفي تفسير القرآن بشكل خاص؛ لذلك أحببت أن أقدم هذا البحث الموسوم بـ"صيغ الترجيح وألفاظها عند الإمام الشوكاني في تفسيره فتح القدير" فسلكت في بحثي هذا المنهج الاستقرائي الذي اشتمل على مقدمة ومبحثين، وكل مبحث يتناول عدة مطالب؛ فالمبحث الأول يتناول التعريف بالإمام الشوكاني، اسمه ونسبه ومولده ونشأته، كما يتناول أهم شيوخه وتلامذته، وفكره ومؤلفاته. ويتناول التعريف بتفسيره أيضا. أما المبحث الثاني، فيتناول الصيغ الترجيحية الصريحة التي بلغت أربع عشرة صيغة، ممثلا لكل صيغة منها بمثالين، كما أنه يتناول الصيغ غير الصريحة التي بلغت ست صيغ، ممثلا لكل صيغة منها بمثالين تنطبق على مثيلاتها في بقية كتابه ثم ختمت البحث بخاتمة تضمنت أهم النتائج والتوصيات، يلي ذلك قائمة المصادر والمراجع. The study aims to collect the probable texts of Imam Al-Shawkani in his Tafseer and his big attention to texts to reach the most probable sayings especially he has a great reputation in the various sciences of Sharia and Tafseer of the Qur’an particularly. The proposed title of the research is “Texts of probability and their words in Tafseer Fath Al-Qadeer of Imam Al-Shawkani”. The study follows the inductive method. It contains an introduction and two sections. Every section has many sub-sections. The first section deals with Imam Al-Shawkani’s biography; his name, ancestry, birth and life, and his most important Sheikhs and students, thought and writings. It talks about his Tafseer and his way in its composition. The second section deals with the fourteen explicit probable texts, represented by two examples for each text. It also deals with the six non-explicit texts, represented by two examples for each text that apply to its counterparts in the rest of his book. The conclusion includes the important findings and recommendations followed by a list of sources and references. |
