| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور منصات التمويل الجماعي في تمويل المشاريع الناشئة، بالتركيز على النماذج الرائدة بكل من السعودية والإمارات، وتم الإشارة إلى حالة الجزائر ضمن هذا السياق، كما تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بعده منهجا مناسبا للإجابة عن إشكالية الدراسة، معتمدين على بعض الإحصائيات والتقارير التي تخدم الموضوع. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن منصات التمويل الجماعي الرائدة في السعودية والإمارات قد ساهمت في رفد العديد من المبادرات التي تم استعراضها والمتعلقة بتمويل المشاريع الناشئة، كما أنه يوجد دور مهم وأساسي للتطبيقات الحديثة لمنصات التمويل الجماعي لدعم وتمويل المشروعات الناشئة في الدولتان، أما بخصوص منصات التمويل الجماعي بالجزائر فهي لازالت تفتقر إلى الفعالية والتطور في أدائها بسبب غياب الإطار التشريعي والتنظيمي لطريقة التمويل الجماعي في البلاد. This study aims to highlight the role of crowd funding platforms in financing emerging projects, focusing on the pioneering models in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, where, in this context, the case of Algeria was mentioned. The descriptive-analytical method is used as an appropriate method to answer the problematic of the study, relying on some statistics and reports that serve the subject. The study found that the leading crowd funding platforms in Saudi Arabia and the UAE have contributed to many of the reviewed initiatives related to financing start-ups. In addition, there is an important and essential role for the modern applications of crowd funding platforms in supporting and financing emerging projects in the two countries. However, with regard to crowd funding platforms in Algeria, they still lack effectiveness and development in their performance due to the absence of a legislative and regulatory framework for crowd funding method in the country.
