| المستخلص: | هدف البحث تناول مشكلة البطالة وكيفية مواجهتها من المنظور الإسلامي والنظريات الوضعية، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي، وجاء مكونا من إطار عام شمل المقدمة والمشكلة والأسئلة والأهداف والأهمية والمنهج والحدود والمصطلحات الدراسات السابقة، ثم ثلاثة مباحث، جاء المبحث الأول عن مفهوم البطالة في الرؤية الإسلامية والنظريات الوضعية، وجاء المبحث الثاني عن الحلول الوضعية لمشكلة البطالة، وتناول المبحث الثالث: الحد من مشكلة البطالة من منظور إسلامي، كان من أبرز نتائج البحث ما يلي: يمكن مواجهة مشكلة البطالة من خلال بعض الحلول الوضعية ومنها: تفعيل مبدأ المساواة في نطاق الأعمال والوظائف، واستثمار الموارد المتاحة للدولة، وتفعيل وتنمية القطاع الخاص، يمكن الحد من مشكلة البطالة وفق الرؤية الإسلامية من خلال عدة أمور منها: بيان دور الزكاة في الحد من البطالة، الحث على العمل والكسب، بيان أثر الصدقات والوقف في معالجة البطالة، تفعيل نظام الحمى واستثماره، دور المشاركة في الاقتصاد الإسلامي من خلال إنشاء المشروعات الجديدة وتجديد المشروعات القائمة، وزيادة القدرة الإنتاجية والمشاركة في خطط التنمية وتمويل المشروعات الصغيرة، والادخار وتأمين مستقبل الذرية، والتكافل الاجتماعي. The aim of the research is to address the problem of unemployment and how to confront it from the Islamic perspective and positive theories, and used the descriptive approach, and it was made up of a general framework that included the introduction, the problem, questions, objectives, importance, approach, limits and terminology of previous studies, then three sections, the first topic came about the concept of unemployment in the Islamic vision and positive theories, The second topic came about positive solutions to the problem of unemployment, and the third topic dealt with: reducing the problem of unemployment from an Islamic perspective. The most prominent results of the research were the following: The problem of unemployment can be faced through some positive solutions, including: activating the principle of equality in the scope of business and jobs, and investing resources available to the state, activating and developing the private sector, The problem of unemployment can be reduced according to the Islamic vision through several things, including: explaining the role of zakat in reducing unemployment, encouraging work and earning, explaining the impact of alms and endowments in treating unemployment, activating the fever system and investing it, the role of participation in the Islamic economy through the establishment of new projects Renewing existing projects, increasing production capacity, participating in development plans, financing small projects, saving and securing the future of offspring, and social solidarity. |
