| المستخلص: | تطرقت هذه الدراسة لموضوع اتجاهات المعلمين نحو مهنة التدريس بالمنطقة الداخلية بسلطنة عمان، وقد تطرقت الدراسة للموضوع وتناولته من جوانب مختلفة حيث تم التطرق إلى الاتجاهات كمفهوم والاتجاهات النفسية وتكوينها، ومن ثم الدراسات السابقة التي تناولت الاتجاهات نحو المهن، كذلك شملت الدراسة الجانب التطبيقي وهو الدراسة الميدانية حيث تم إعداد استبانة خاصة تقيس الاتجاهات نحو التدريس ومن ثم تم تحليلها للخروج بنتائج وتوصيات الدراسة. استخدم الباحث عينة من المدرسين بلغت ۲۰۰ معلم ومعلمة من عدة مدارس بالمنطقة الداخلية، وقد صمم الباحث أداة الدراسة (استبيان) أعد خصيصا لهذه الدراسة وقد أفرزت الدراسة مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: - بعض المعلمين يرون أنهم لو أتيحت لهم فرصة العمل في مهنة أخرى غير التدريس لتوجهوا لها ومثل هذه السلبية يمكن العمل على معالجتها بعدة طرق وإجراءات لتكوين اتجاهات إيجابية نحو مهنة التدريس. - كذلك من النتائج التي خرجت بها الدراسة وجود ميل من قبل المعلمين نحو تطوير قدراتهم التدريسية لذلك يجب العمل على مساعدة هؤلاء المعلمين لتحقيق أهدافهم. - إجماع عينة الدراسة على أن مهنة التدريس والمعلمين لم يحظوا بالتقدير الذي يستحقونه. في ختام الدراسة أوصى البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات التي توصل إليها من خلال الدراسة الميدانية وكان من أهمها: - تقليل الأعباء التدريسية على المعلمين وتطوير النظام الدراسي في المدارس ليتقارب مع النظام المتبع في الجامعات والكليات من حيث الاختصاصات التي تسند للمعلمين واليوم الدراسي ونظام الامتحانات والحصص. - إعطاء المعلمين التقدير والاهتمام الذي تعطيه الدول المتقدمة لمعلميها والمتمثل في الأولوية في كل مجال والتسهيلات المجانية في العلاج وغيره. This study touched on the subject of teachers’ attitudes towards the teaching profession in the Al Dakhiliyah region of the Sultanate of Oman. The study also included the practical aspect, which is the field study, where a special questionnaire was prepared that measures attitudes towards teaching, and then it was analyzed to come up with the results and recommendations of the study. The researcher used a sample of 200 male and female teachers from several schools in the Al Dakhiliyah region. The researcher designed the study tool (questionnaire) prepared specifically for this study. The study produced a set of results, the most important of which are: - Some teachers believe that if they were given the opportunity to work in a profession other than teaching, they would turn to it. Such negativity can be dealt with in several ways and procedures to form positive attitudes towards the teaching profession. - Also from the results of the study, there is a tendency on the part of teachers to develop their teaching abilities, so work must be done to help these teachers to achieve their goals. -The study sample unanimously agreed that the profession of teaching and teachers did not receive the appreciation they deserve. At the conclusion of the study, the research recommended a set of recommendations that it reached through the field study, the most important of which were: - Reducing the teaching burden on teachers and developing the academic system in schools to converge with the system followed in universities and colleges in terms of the specializations assigned to teachers, the school day, and the examination and quota system. - Giving teachers the appreciation and attention that developed countries give their teachers, which is the priority in every field and the free facilities in treatment and others. |
