| المستخلص: | هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على مستويات القيادة الملهمة لدي مشرفي الرياضة للجميع بمديرية الشباب والرياضة بمحافظة قنا، يتمثل مجتمع البحث في الأخصائيين الرياضيين في مجال الرياضة للجميع بالأندية الرياضية بمديرية الشباب والرياضة بقنا، وقد بلغ مجتمع البحث (٢٠٦) مائتين وستة أخصائي ومشرف رياضي وقد قامت الباحثة باختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية والبالغ عددها (١٠٣) مائة وثلاثة أخصائي ومشرف رياضي بنسبة مئوية (50%) من إجمالي مجتمع البحث. وقد اتبعت الباحثة في حساب الصدق طريقة المكونات الأساسية "Principal Components H. Hottelling"، كما تم حساب الثبات عن طريق التجزئة النصفية ومعامل ألفا لكرونباخ وقد تلخص البحث في: تحقق جميع عناصر القيادة الملهمة (الثقة والاعتمادية، التواصل، التحفيز) ولا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين أخصائي الرياضة للجميع بمديرية الشباب والرياضة في عناصر القيادة الملهمة. في ضوء أهداف البحث والنتائج التي توصلت إليها توصى الباحثة بما يلي: ١-أن تقوم الأجهزة المعنية بوزارة الشباب والرياضة والمؤسسات الترويحية والعاملين بمجال الرياضة للجميع والترويح بتطبيق مقياس القيادة الملهمة والإبداع الإداري لما له من أهمية في التعرف على مدي توافر خصائص القيادة الملهمة والإبداع الإداري لدي أخصائي الرياضة للجميع. ٢-وضع استراتيجية وتخطيط مقترح من قبل وزارة الشباب والرياضة توفير الرعاية والاهتمام لأخصائي الرياضة للجميع بمراكز الشباب والأندية الرياضية من خلال دورات الصقل في أبعاد القيادة الملهمة خاصة في الثقة والاعتمادية والتواصل والتحفيز. ٣-أن يكون لدى القائد الطلاقة الفكرية والمرونة لحل المشكلات، وأن يكون لديه القدرة على تنفيذ الأعمال المنوط بها بشجاعة وإقدام والسير في تحقيقها. ٤-أن يراعى معايير اختيار القيادات من حيث معايير القيادة الملهمة. 5-تأمل الباحثة أن يكون هذا البحث إضافة جديدة وإسهام متواضع في مجال الرياضة للجميع واختيار القيادات الشبابية والرياضية المبدعة. The aim of the current research is to identify the inspiring leadership levels of the sports supervisors for all in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Qena Governorate. The research community is represented in the sports specialists in the field of sports for all in the sports clubs in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Qena. The researcher chose the research sample by stratified random method, which numbered (103), one hundred and three specialists and a sports supervisor with a percentage (50%) of the total research community. In calculating the validity, the researcher followed the "Principal Components method for H. Hottelling", and the reliability was calculated by half-segmentation and Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The research was summarized in: All the elements of inspirational leadership (trust and dependability, communication, motivation) were achieved and there are no statistically significant differences between the Sports for All specialist in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in the elements of inspirational leadership. In light of the research objectives and results, the researcher recommends the following: - That the concerned bodies of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, recreational institutions and workers in the field of sports for all and recreation apply the measure of inspirational leadership and administrative creativity because of its importance in identifying the availability of the characteristics of inspirational leadership and administrative creativity of the sports specialist for all. - Develop a strategy and planning proposed by the Ministry of Youth and Sports Providing care and attention to sports specialists for all in youth centers and sports clubs through polishing courses in the dimensions of inspiring leadership, especially in trust, reliability, communication and motivation. - The leader should have the intellectual fluency and flexibility to solve problems, and he should have the ability to carry out the tasks entrusted to him with courage and daring and proceed to achieve them. - To take into account the criteria for selecting leaders in terms of inspiring leadership criteria. - The researcher hopes that this research will be a new addition and a modest contribution in the field of sports for all and the selection of creative youth and sports leaders. |
