| المستخلص: | The study attempts to analyze the factors favoring the growth of startups in Algeria by presenting the components of the startup ecosystem. It also focuses on the obstacles that can hinder the growth and development of young companies. The objective of this study is to present the role of the incubator in the creation and support of startups in Algeria. Our present work consists in answering the following question: is the Algerian entrepreneurial support ecosystem conducive to the creation and sustainability of startups? The study concluded that despite government measures to promote entrepreneurship, the Algerian ecosystem does not have entrepreneurial structures that can support local economic development. L'étude tente d'analyser les facteurs favorisant la croissance des startups en Algérie en présentant les composantes de l'écosystème startup. L'accent est également mis sur les obstacles qui peuvent entraver la croissance et le développement des jeunes entreprises. L’objectif de cette étude est de présenter le rôle de l’incubateur dans la création et l’accompagnement des start up en Algérie. Notre présent travail consiste à répondre à la question suivante : l’écosystème d’accompagnement entrepreneurial Algérien est-il propice pour la création et la pérennisation des start- ups? L'étude a conclu que malgré les mesures gouvernementales de promotion de l'entrepreneuriat, l'écosystème Algérien ne dispose pas de structures entrepreneuriales susceptibles de soutenir le développement économique local. |
