| المستخلص: | هدف البحث إلى تعرّف النمط الانفعالي السائد لدى معلمي الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي في مدينة طرطوس باستخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (114) معلماً ومعلمةً من معلمي الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي في مدينة طرطوس للعام الدراسي 2019/2020، بالاعتماد على مقياس النمط الانفعالي للمعلمين / عبده (2002)، وذلك بعد التحقق من صدقه وثباته، وتوصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: - تمتلك عينة البحث مستوى مرتفع للأنماط الانفعالية إذ بلغت الدرجة الكلية للمقياس متوسط حسابي (3.5181) وانحراف معياري (37000.)، وجاء النمط المنفتح بالمرتبة الأولى بمتوسط حسابي (3.8098) وانحراف معياري (46417.) وبمستوى مرتفع يليه النمط الملتزم بمتوسط حسابي (3.1738) وانحراف معياري (39386.) ومستوى متوسط. يتأثر النمط الانفعالي للمعلم بمتغيري نوع التعليم وعدد سنوات الخبرة في حين أنه لا يتأثر بمتغير المؤهل العلمي. The research aimed to identify the emotional pattern prevailing among teachers of the first cycle of basic education in the city of Tartous and its relation with some variables. Using the descriptive method, the sampling consisted of (114) male and female teachers of the first cycle of basic education in the city of Tartous for the year 2019/2020, based on teachers emotional pattern questionnaire / Abdo (2002) /, after verifying the validity and reliability. The research found the following results: - The students teachers had a high level of emotional pattern, as the value of mean reached (3.5181) with a standard deviation of (.37000), and the open pattern came first with a mean (3.8098) and a standard deviation (46417.) and a high level followed by the pattern Commit to a mean (3.1738), a standard deviation (39386.) and an average level. The emotional pattern of the teacher is affected by the variables of the type of education and the number of years of experience, while it is not affected by the educational qualification variable |
