| المستخلص: | إن دراسة القوادح الصحيحة التي ترد على الأدلة الشرعية جديرة بمزيد عناية واهتمام من قبل الباحثين؛ إذ إن هذه القوادح قد وردت منثورة في كتب علماء الأمة في شتى العلوم الإسلامية، وكان أثرها جليا في تقوية الآراء أو تضعيفها؛ مما يجعل الحاجة ماسة إلى دراسة هذه القوادح تأصيلا وتطبيقا؛ ولا سيما مع قلة من ألف في هذا الباب استقلالا. ومن أهم مجالات البحث في القوادح: المناقشات الواردة على مباحث أصول الفقه المختلفة، ومناهج العلماء في الاستدلال، ومن هنا كانت فكرة هذا البحث الذي عنونت له بـــــ (القوادح الواردة على دلالة المطلق والجواب عنها) الذي يركز على جانب مهم من جوانب الاستدلال، ويجلي الاعتراضات التي يمكن أن ترد عليه، ثم أردف ذلك بالجواب عنها، مع ذكر التطبيقات المختلفة. إضافة إلى خاتمة البحث، وما تتضمنه من أهم النتائج والتوصيات. It is significant for researchers to focus more on collecting and studying the correct objections that is use in the discussion on legitimacy evidences. Especially, as it is commonly known that those correct objections have been scattered in the books of the nation’s scholars in various Islamic sciences, its effect was evident in strengthening or weakening opinions. This makes the urgent need to study these objections, rooted and applied; especially with a few publications on this topic. One of the most important areas of research in objections is the objections received on the various topics of Usul al-Fiqh, and the scholars’ approaches to inference, hence the idea of this research, which is titled “Objections to the Significance of the Absolute and the Answer to It is”. Which focuses on an important aspect of inference and the semantics of the words, and it clarifies the objections that can be responded to, and then adds that to the answer about them, with a mention of the different applications. In addition to the conclusion of the research and its most important findings and recommendations. |
