| المستخلص: | The goal of this study is to quantify the contribution of newly created small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to expected socioeconomic development and to better understand the relationship between SMEs and that development through an analysis of their contribution to job creation, non-hydrocarbon exports, and gross domestic product. To this end, we conducted a statistical study on the evolution of the parameters studied during the period between 2002 and 2020, which showed us the importance of SMEs, which have recorded a continuous evolution, in the creation of jobs and wealth illustrated by the share of the added value of SMEs in the gross domestic product (GDP). The study showed us, moreover, that the share of SMEs in exports remains insignificant, which testifies to the dependence of the Algerian economy on hydrocarbon exports. L’objectif de cette etude est de mesurer la contribution des PME crees au developpement socioeconomique taut attendu et de comprendre la relation existante entre les PME et ce developpement a travers 1’analyse de la contribution de ces entreprises a la creation d’emplois, aux exportations hors hydrocarbures et au produit interieur brut. A cet effet, nous avons mene une etude statistique sur revolution des parametres etudies durant la periode s’etalant de 2002 a 2020, ce qui nous a montre I’importance des PME, qui out enregistre une evolution continue, dans la creation des emplois et de la richesse illustree par la part de la valeur ajoutee des PME dans le PIB. L’etude nous a montre, par ailleurs, la part des PME dans les exportations qui reste insignifiante ce qui temoigne de la dependance de 1’economie algerienne des exportations des hydrocarbures. |
