| المستخلص: | تهدف الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة دور الذي تلعبه سياسة الدعم في الرفع من الأداء الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، وخلصت الدراسة على أنها سياسة فعالة في بعض القطاعات على غرار التعليم، لكنها لا تحقق العدالة الاجتماعية فيما يخص سياسة دعم الأسعار بسبب انحيازها للأغنياء بدل الفقراء. فيما يخص التحويلات الاجتماعية لم تستطع الرفع من أداء الاقتصادي فيما يخص التضخم وقدرة الشرائية ولكن لاحظنا تحسن في مساهمة الاستثمارات في ناتج المحلي الإجمالي. The research paper aims to examine the role played by support policy in raising economic and social performance, and concluded that it is an effective policy in some sectors such as education, but does not achieve social justice in relation to the policy of supporting prices because of its bias towards the rich rather than the poor. With regard to social transfers, it has not been able to increase the economic performance in terms of inflation and purchasing power, but we have noticed an improvement in the contribution of investments in GDP. Le document de recherche vise à examiner le rôle joué par la politique de soutien dans l’amélioration des performances économiques et sociales, et a conclu qu’il s’agit d’une politique efficace dans certains secteurs tels que l’éducation, mais n’atteint pas la justice sociale dans la politique de soutien des prix en raison de son parti pris envers les riches au lieu des pauvres. En ce qui concerne les transferts sociaux, il n’a pas été en mesure d’accroître la performance économique en termes d’inflation et de pouvoir d’achat, mais nous avons constaté une amélioration de la contribution des investissements dans le PIB. |
