| المستخلص: | تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تحليل وتقييم مستخلصات البحوث العلمية في دوريات جامعة الأزهر والمتاحة على موقع بنك المعرفة المصري وفقا للمواصفة القياسية ISO214/ 1976 والخاصة بالتوثيق مستخلصات المطبوعات والوثائق الصادرة عن المنظمة الدولية للمعايير، وذلك لمعرفة مدى اكتمال مكوناتها، ومدى التزام الباحثين بخطوات ومراحل الاستخلاص، اعتمدت الدراسة على أسلوب تحليل المحتوى لتحقيق أهدافها، اعتمادا على موقع بنك المعرفة المصري لحصر مجتمع الدراسة، حيث بلغ عدد دوريات جامعة الأزهر المتاحة على موقع بنك المعرفة المصري (٥٦) دورية موزعة على عشرة قطاعات، تم اختيار مستخلصات البحوث في الدوريات الحاصلة على درجة تقييم (٧) من المجلس الأعلى للجامعات خلال العام (٢٠٢١)، وهي تعتبر أعلى درجة في تقييم الدوريات، بلغ عدد مستخلصات البحوث بالدوريات التسع (٨٨١) مستخلصا وذلك بعد استبعاد المترجمات وعروض الكتب وعروض الرسائل سواء بشكل عام أو لمتطلبات الحصول على درجة علمية، بالإضافة إلى استبعاد المراجعات العلمية والبحوث باللغة الإنجليزية. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها أن أغلب مستخلصات البحوث عينة الدراسة جاءت من نوعية المستخلصات الإعلامية بنسبة (٤٨%) من إجمالي مستخلصات البحوث عينة الدراسة، تليها المستخلصات الدلالية (الوصفية) بنسبة (39%) من إجمالي مستخلصات البحوث عينة الدراسة، بالإضافة إلى تباين مستخلصات البحوث في دوريات الدراسة التسع من حيث تماثلها مع ما ورد بالمواصفة القياسية من حيث أسلوب كتابة المستخلصات، حيث جاءت مستخلصات البحوث موضوع الدراسة متماثلة فنيـا إلى حد كبير مع ما ورد بالمواصفة القياسية من حيث توافر المنهج ونتائج الدراسة، بنسبة (٥٢%) وعدد (٤٥٦) مستخلصا ورد به ذكر المنهج، ونسبة (٦٤%) وعدد (٥٦٠) للمستخلصات التي ورد ذكر نتائج الدراسة بها، كما طرحت الدراسة بعض التوصيات التي يتلخص أهمها في ضرورة عقد ورش عمل ودورات تدريبية للباحثين تدول حول كيفية إعداد المستخلصات تتضمن معايير كتابة المستخلصات، بالإضافة إلى ضرورة توحيد تسمية المستخلصات العلمية تحت مسمى مستخلص دون غيره من التسميات المختلفة. The current study aims to analyze and evaluate the abstracts of scientific research in Al-Azhar university periodicals, which are available on the Egyptian Knowledge Bank website according to the standard ISO214/ 1976, which Concerning documentation- abstracts of publications and documents issued by the International Organization for Standardization ,In order to know the extent of the completeness of its components, and the extent of the researchers’ commitment to the steps and stages of abstracting, the study relied on the content analysis method to achieve its objectives, based on the Egyptian Knowledge Bank website to restrict the study community, the number of Al Azhar University periodicals available on the Egyptian Knowledge Bank website reached (56) periodicals distributed over ten sectors. Research abstracts were selected in the periodicals with an evaluation degree of (7) from the Supreme Council of Universities during the year (2021),It is considered the highest degree in the evaluation of journals, The number of research abstracts from the nine journals reached (881), after excluding translators, book presentations and dissertation presentations, whether in general or for the requirements of obtaining a scientific degree, in addition to excluding scientific reviews and research in English. The study reached several results, the most important of which is that most of the research abstracts of the study sample were informative by (48%) of the total research abstracts of the study sample, Followed by the descriptive abstracts by (39%) of the total research abstracts of the study sample, In addition to the contrast of the research abstracts in the nine study periodicals in terms of their similarity with what was stated in the standard specification in terms of the style of writing the abstracts. The abstracts of the research subject of the study were technically very similar to what was stated in the standard specification in terms of availability of the method and study results, with a percentage of (52%) and (456) abstracts in which the method was mentioned, and (64%) and (560) of the abstracts that were mentioned Study results out. The study also submitted some recommendations, the most important of which are summarized in the necessity of holding workshops and training courses for researchers on how to prepare abstracts that include the criteria for writing abstracts, in addition to the need to unify the naming of scientific extracts under the name of an abstract without any other different nomenclature. |
