| 520 | |b Hospital maternal mortality is an indicator of the quality of care provided to pregnant women in health establishments. The objective of the study is to identify the factors related to the supply of health care, among those chosen, which influence maternal mortality (MM) hospital in Algeria. We used data from the Ministry of Health (MSPRH) reporting maternal deaths occurring in a health structure per willaya as the dependent variable, and the medical densities of general practitioners, gynecologists, midwives, paramedics, pharmacists and hospital beds. hospitalization by willaya as independent variables. Statistical analysis and multiple linear regression was performed on the data. It emerged that hospital maternal mortality is largely dependent on health coverage by gynecologists and health coverage by midwives. Geographical inequalities were found with regard to health coverage and which influenced the level of hospital maternal mortality. |d La mortalité maternelle hospitalière est un indicateur de la qualité des soins prodigués à la femme enceinte dans les établissements de santé. L’objectif de l’étude est identifier les facteurs liés à l’offre de soins sanitaire, parmi ceux choisi, qui influencent la mortalité maternelle (MM) hospitalière en Algérie. Nous avons utilisés les données du ministère de la santé (MSPRH) faisant état des morts maternelles survenus dans une structure de santé par willaya comme variable dépendante, et des densités médicales des médecins généralistes, gynécologues, sages femmes, paramédicaux, pharmaciens et lits d’hospitalisation par willaya comme variables indépendantes. Une analyse statistique et une régression multiple linéaire a été faite sur les données. Il en est ressorti que la mortalité maternelle hospitalière est dépendante de la couverture sanitaire en gynécologues en grande partie et de la couverture sanitaire en sages femmes. Des inégalités géographiques ont été trouvées en ce qui concerne la couverture sanitaire et qui a influencé le niveau de mortalité maternelle hospitalière. | ||
