| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث للتعرف على مدا نجاح تطبيق اليقظة التكنولوجية في التعليم الإلكتروني ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في استجابة أفراد عينة بحث تمثلت بتدريسيي كلية الإدارة والاقتصاد/ جامعة الموصل، فمن خلال استعداد المنظمة المبحوثة للتحول المفاجئ نحو التعليم الإلكتروني برزت اليقظة التكنولوجية، فهل كانت هذه اليقظة ناجحة في خضم الحاجة الملحة لتبني التعليم الإلكتروني لمواجهة الأزمة التي أفرزتها جائحة كورونا (covid-19) وهنا نتساءل ما مدى دور اليقظة التكنولوجية وتأثيره في نجاح التعليم الإلكتروني في المنظمة المبحوثة، إذ تم توزيع (94) استمارة وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج (SPSS V-23) واختبار فرضيات البحث، وتوصل البحث إلى أن هناك علاقة ارتباط معنوية بين اليقظة التكنولوجية والتعليم الإلكتروني في المنظمة المبحوثة، ومن أهم الاستنتاجات التي توصل إليها البحث هو أن المورد البشري في المنظمة لديه قدرات تقنية جيدة في نجاح التعليم الإلكتروني بالرغم من الانتقال المفاجئ إليه، وقدم البحث مقترحات منها يجب أن تكون فكرة تعزيز اليقظة التكنولوجية ملازما لأفكار الإدارة العليا في كلية الإدارة والاقتصاد منهجا ومضمونا، كما يجب أن يكون هناك رغبة كافية لتحقيق ذلك، بحيث تصبح المنظمة استباقية فيما يخص التطورات التكنولوجية ورصدها. The research aims to identify the extent of the success of the application of technological vigilance in e-learning with statistical significance in the response of the members of a research sample represented by the teachers of the College of Administration and Economics/ University of Mosul. The urgent need to adopt e-education to confront the crisis caused by the Corona pandemic (covid-19), and here we ask what is the role of technological vigilance and its impact on the success of e-learning in the research organization, as (94) forms were distributed and the data were analyzed using the (SPSS V-23) program. And testing the research hypotheses, and the research concluded that there is a significant correlation between technological vigilance and e-learning in the researched organization, and one of the most important conclusions reached by the research is that the human resource in the organization has good technical capabilities in the success of e-learning despite the sudden transition to it, and the research presented Suggestions from them The idea of enhancing technological vigilance should be an integral part of the ideas of senior management in the College of Administration and Economics, an approach and Implicitly, there must also be a sufficient desire to achieve this, so that the organization becomes proactive with regard to technological developments and their monitoring. |
