| المستخلص: | The Teacher training is now part of the professional teacher model, who is able to ensure the transition from the craft teacher model formed through the simulation of the expert teacher, in favor of the professional teacher model who is able to analyze its practices, and the practices and methods of learners, with the aim of providing them with the necessary assistance by diagnosing their learning problems. It is the awareness of the theoretical foundations of this concept that provides the teacher with a behavior directed towards the analysis and solution of the difficulties faced by the learners. La formation des enseignants s’inscrit, aujourd’hui, dans le paradigme de l’enseignant professionnel, apte à assurer le passage du modèle de l’enseignant artisan qui se forme en imitant un enseignant expert, au profit du modèle de l’enseignant professionnel capable d’interroger ses pratiques pour procéder à des régulations pédagogiques, et le produit ainsi que le processus de ses apprenants, en vue de leur apporter l’aide nécessaire par le diagnostic de leurs problèmes d’apprentissage. C’est la compréhension des fondements théoriques de cette conception qui pourvoie l’enseignant d’une conduite actionnelle en classe face aux difficultés de ses apprenants. |
