| 520 | |a هدف البحث إلى تقديم بعض المقترحات لدعم ممارسات الجودة في مدارس ذوي الإعاقة بمصر، وذلك من خلال التعرف على واقع مؤسسات تعليم ذوي الإعاقة بمصر، وواقع الخدمات التربوية والتعليمية المقدمة لهم، وتطلعات أولياء الأمور نحو تعليم أبنائهم المعاقين. ضرورة تطبيق الجودة في هذه المؤسسات لمواكبة تغيرات العصر الحالي. ضرورة اطلاع هذه المؤسسات على الخبرات والنماذج الأجنبية والأخذ بها مع الحفاظ على هوية وثقافة المجتمع الذي نعيش فيه. يجب وضع مجموعة من المعايير الخاصة بهذه المؤسسات في ضوء المعايير الدولية تحت إشراف المتخصصين في مجال ضمان جودة التعليم والاعتماد. وقد استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي القائم على تحليل ووصف الواقع وتفسير النتائج تم تحديد بعض المعوقات التي تقف عائقا أمام تطبيق الجودة بمدارس ذوي الإعاقة. وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى وضع مجموعة من المتطلبات والمقترحات اللازمة لتغلب على هذه المعوقات. |b The aim of the research is to present some proposals to support quality practices in schools for people with disabilities in Egypt, by identifying the reality of educational institutions for people with disabilities in Egypt, the reality of educational and educational services provided to them, and the aspirations of parents towards educating their disabled children. The necessity of applying quality in these institutions to keep pace with the changes of the current era. The necessity of informing these institutions of foreign experiences and models and adopting them while preserving the identity and culture of the society in which we live. A set of standards for these institutions should be set in light of international standard under the supervision of specialists in the field of education quality assurance and accreditation. The research used the descriptive approach based on analyzing and describing reality and interpreting the results. Some of the obstacles that stand in the way of the implementation of quality in school with disabilities were identified. The results of the research resulted in the development of a set of requirements and proposals to overcome these obstacles. | ||
