| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى بناء مقياس المهارات القيادية لقادة الحركة الكشفية في المنطقتين الوسطى والجنوبية والتعرف على المهارات القيادية لقادة الحركة الكشفية في المنطقتين الوسطى والجنوبية. استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بطريقة المسح الميداني. تكون مجتمع البحث على قادة الحركة الكشفية في المنطقتين الوسطى والجنوبية للعام (2020) والبالغ عددهم (304) وتم تقسيم عينة البحث إلى عينة البناء والبالغ عددهم (190) قائدا كشفيا وعينة التطبيق والبالغ عددهم (94) قائدا كشفيا. استخدم مقياس المهارات القيادية لقادة الحركة الكشفية الذي سيعده الباحثان كأداة لجمع البيانات. أما إجراءات البناء فهي (تحديد مجالات المقياس، وتحديد أسلوب صياغة الفقرات، صياغة فقرات كل مجال بصيغة الأولية، فضلا عن اعتماد الخطوات والإجراءات العلمية في بناء المقياس والمتضمنة بصدق المحتوى والصدق الظاهري للمقيتس وصدق البناء المتمثل (بالتحليل الإحصائي للفقرات) بأسلوبي المجموعتين المتطرفتين والاتساق الداخلي. الوسائل الإحصائية المستخدمة لتحليلا لبيانات باستخدام الحقيبة الإحصائية (SPSS) لإخراج (النسبة المئوية، الوسط الحسابي، والانحراف المعياري، ومعامل الارتباط البسيط t.test للعينات المستقلة). The study aimed to build a measure of leadership skills for scout movement leaders in the central and southern regions and to identify the leadership skills for scout movement leaders in the central and southern regions. The researchers used the descriptive approach in the field survey method. The research community consisted of the leaders of the scout movement in the central and southern regions of the year (2020), which numbered (304). The research sample was divided into the construction sample of (190) scout leaders and the sample of application (number 94) scout leaders. The scale of leadership skills was used by the leaders of the scout movement that the researchers will prepare as a tool for collecting data. As for construction procedures, they are (defining areas of the scale, defining the method of formulating paragraphs, formulating paragraphs for each field in the primary form, as well as adopting scientific steps and procedures in building the scale that include the honesty of the content and the apparent validity of the measures The structure represented by (statistical analysis of the paragraphs) was validated by the two extremes groups' methods and internal consistency. Statistical methods used to analyze the data using the statistical bag (spss) for the output (mean, percentage, mean, deviation, simple correlation coefficient, t.test for independent samples). |
