| 520 | |a ثم إن الإقرار بالتطور في المجتمعات على المستوى الاجتماعي والاقتصادي، يقتضي الإقرار بالتطور السياسي فيها، مواكبا لها، ويكون عادة في النظم السياسية ولا يستلزم خللا في أصول الفكر السياسي ومبادئه العامة، وهذه التصورات ينبغي أن تكون حاضرة ونحن نعالج قضايا سياسية معاصرة في الفقه السياسي، ومنها التعددية السياسية، ونحاول في هذه الدراسة التعريف بالتعددية السياسية، والإطار العام لها وأحكامها الشرعية وضوابطها وتوظيفها في تحقيق التعايش والأمن المجتمعي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن التعبير السياسي حق مكفول، والأصل في العمل السياسي الإسلامي عدم التعددية الحزبية، لأنها مناط الاختلاف والتنازع، ومجلبة للمفاسد، والرخصة فيها استثناء من هذا الأصل، ولا يصار إليها إلا لتحقيق مصلحة عامة حقيقية راجحة. |b The recognition of the development of societies at the social and economic level, It requires acknowledgment of its political development, in line with it, It is usually in political systems and does not entail a defect in the origins of political thought and its general principles, and these perceptions should be present as we deal with contemporary political issues in political jurisprudence, including political pluralism. In this study, we attempt to define political pluralism, and its general framework, legal rulings and controls, and its use in achieving coexistence and social security, and the study concluded that political expression is a guaranteed right, and the basic principle in Islamic political work is the absence of partisan pluralism, because it is the source of disagreement and conflict, and the cause of the harm and corruption, and the license is an exception to this rule, It can only be used to achieve a real public interest. | ||
