| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على اتجاهات مديري المدارس في محافظة رام الله والبيرة نحو ملف الإنجاز، ودوره في عملية التقييم والتطوير المهني من وجهة نظرهم، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة مكونة من (34) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات، وتم التأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية للاستبيان والتي تمثلت في الصدق والثبات، ومن ثم توزيعها على عينة الدراسة المكونة من (35) مديرا ومديرة. وقد تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي في هذه الدراسة، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن اتجاهات مديري المدارس في محافظة رام الله والبيرة نحو ملف الإنجاز، ودورها في عملية التقييم والتطوير المهني من وجهة نظرهم جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات المستجيبين على الدرجة الكلية تعزى لمتغير الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة، وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة، أوصى الباحثان بعدد من التوصيات منها: توظيف ملف الإنجاز من قبل مديري ومديرات المدارس وجعله إجباريا، واستخدام ملف الإنجاز كأداة للتقييم كونها تعكس تقييما شاملا وحقيقيا لإنجازات المديرين ويأخذ جزءا من علامة التقييم. The present study aimed to identify the trends of the school principals in Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorate towards the portfolios and their role in the evaluation process and the professional development from their point of view. In order to achieve the objective of the study a questionnaire was developed consisting of (34) paragraphs divided into three fields. The psychometric characteristics of the questionnaire were verified, and then distributed to the sample of the study consisting of (35) school principals, it was chosen in a simple random way. The descriptive method was used in this study. The results showed that the attitudes of school principals in the Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorates toward the portfolios and their role in the evaluation process and professional development from their point of view were high. The results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the average scores of respondents on the total score due to gender variable, scientific qualification, years of experience. In light of the findings of the study, the researchers recommended a number of recommendations, including: employing portfolios by the school principals and making it mandatory, and using the portfolios as a tool for evaluation reflects a comprehensive and real assessment of the achievements of school principals and takes part of the assessment grade. |
