| المستخلص: | تدور فكرة البحث حول ذكر الأدلة التي استنبط منها العلماء استحقاق أبي بكر الصديق رضي الله عنه للخلافة من أحاديث الصحيحين فقط، وكيف فهم الصحابة رضي الله عنهم هذه الدلالات والإشارات التي أشار إليها النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في تلك الأحاديث من أقواله وأفعاله في حياته، ثم طبقوها واقعا عمليا بعد مماته، فقدموا أبا بكر رضي الله عنه للخلافة ولم يتقدموا عليه فبايعوه بالخلافة بالإجماع، وتكمن مشكلة البحث في أن هناك نصوصا صحيحة فهمت فهما مغلوطا، اتخذها بعض المغرضين متكأ للطعن في خلافة أبي بكر الصديق رضي الله عنه، ويهدف البحث في الرد على تلك الطعون والافتراءات، وفهم تلك النصوص التي تمسكوا بها في سياقها الصحيح وبيان معناها الصحيح الذي أرادها به المتكلم، وقد سلك الباحث بيان ذلك حسب المنهج العلمي المتبع، وهو منهج الاستقراء لما ورد من أحاديث عن خلافة أبي بكر الصديق رضي الله عنه في الصحيحين، وتحليل تلك النصوص والتعليق عليها، وتوصل البحث لنتائج وهي: أن أبا بكر الصديق رضي الله عنه هو أفضل الصحابة رضي الله عنهم وأحقهم بالخلافة، وأن الطعون التي أثاروها ضده تعسفوا في فهم النصوص التي اتكؤوا عليها، وهي تخالف معناها اللغوي ودلالة سياقها، وأن عليا رضي الله عنه بايع أبا بكر رضي الله عنه طواعية بدون إكراه أو تقية. The main idea of the research is centered around mentioning the evidences from which the scholars deduced the entitlement of Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him) to the Caliphate from the hadiths of the two Sahihs only, and how the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) understood these signs and indications that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) referred to in those hadiths from his sayings and actions in his life, and then they implemented it in practice after his death, so they put him forward, and they did not advance over him, and they pledged allegiance to him unanimously for the Caliphate. The problem of the research lies in the fact that there are authentic narations that have been misunderstood, and taken by some prejudiced people to defame the caliphate of Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him). The aim of the research is to respond to these criticism and slanders, and to understand those narations that they quoted in their correct context and to clarify their correct intended meaning. The researcher has demonstrated this according to the scientific method followed, which is the method of induction of the hadiths reported about the caliphate of Abu Bakr al-Siddiq in the Two Sahihs, and the analysis of those had its and commenting on them, and the research reached the results: that Abu Bakr al-Siddiq is the best companions and the most deserving of the caliphate, and that the criticism which they raised against him were misunderstanding of hadits they quoted, and it contradicts its linguistic and context meaning, and that Ali pledged allegiance to Abu Bakr voluntarily without compulsion or prudent fear (taqiyyah).. |
