| المستخلص: | تتلخص هذه الدراسة في كونها دراسة فقهية مقارنة في الأحكام المتعلقة بشعر رأس المرأة وسائر بدنها. تناولت في التمهيد بيان اعتناء الإسلام بالزينة والنظافة وخاصة فيما يتعلق بجمال وزينة شعر المرأة فهو علامة على جمالها وزينتها وتناولت في المبحث الأول بيان حكم حلق شعر رأس المرأة وتقصيره للزينة وللنسك. وفي المبحث الثاني تناولت بيان حكم غسل شعر المرأة عند ظفره وبيان كيفية مسحه أما المبحث الثالث فتناولت فيه تغيير شعرها بالأصباغ والألوان الحديثة والوصل وغيره أما المبحث الرابع فتناولت فيه الأحكام المتعلقة بشعر الوجه والحاجبين واختتمت الدراسة بالمبحث الخامس الذي تناولت فيه بيان حكم إزالة الشعور النابتة في سائر البدن، وبيان حكم استعمال الليزر والمزيلات الحديثة لإزالتها وخاصة العانة. ثم ختمت الدراسة بخاتمة بينت فيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات التي توصلت لها من خلال هذه الدراسة. This study can be summarized as a comparative jurisprudential study of the rulings related to the hair of a woman's head and the rest of her body. In the preface, I dealt with an explanation of Islam's care for adornment and cleanliness, especially with regard to the beauty and adornment of a woman's hair, as it is related to her beauty and adornment, In the second topic, it dealt with an explanation of the ruling on washing a woman’s hair at her fingernail and an explanation of how to wipe it. The third topic dealt with changing her hair with dyes, modern colors, wisps and others. The fourth topic dealt with the rulings related to facial hair and eyebrows. The study concluded with the fifth topic, in which it dealt with a statement of the ruling on removing the hair that grows in all parts of the world. The body, and an explanation of the ruling on using lasers and modern removers to remove it, especially the pubic area. Then the study concluded with a conclusion in which it showed the most important results and recommendations reached through this study. |
