| 520 | |a يهدف هذا المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على زوايا الجهاد البحري في الجزائر خلال الحكم العثماني في الفترة الممتدة ما بين القرون (13-10ه/ 16-19م)؛ وقد اعتمدنا على استقراء واستنطاق المصادر التاريخية، والكتب المرجعية الأساسية لهذه المرحلة التي تأججت فيها الحروب البحرية في عرض البحر الأبيض المتوسط، والتي اتخذت طابعا دينيا بين الإسلام والمسيحية. انبرت لها الجزائر بعزيمة قوية معتمدة على أسطولها المهيب وبحارتها العظام الذين بسطوا فيها سلطانهم على المسالك البحرية؛ بحيث لم تعد سفينة واحدة للدول الأجنبية تمخر عباب البحر إلا بإذن من البحرية الجزائرية. وقد نتج عن هذا النشاط تحول اجتماعي واقتصادي واضح على كافة الأصعدة في البلاد وعلى سكانها مستفيدين من غنائم البحر المتنوعة التي غصت بها الأسواق وقصور الحكام؛ ويلاحظ أن الجهاد البحري نال انتباه المؤرخين الأجانب فكتبوا عنه لأهميته في تغير موازين القوى في البحر رغم ما تحمله كتاباتهم من أحقاد مبنية على توجهات أيديولوجية ودينية مقيتة ضد الإسلام ومعتنقيه. حاولنا التصدي لها ما استطعنا إلى ذلك سبيلا. |b This article aims to shed light on various angles of the naval jihad movement in Algeria during the Ottoman rule in the period between the centuries (10-13 AH / 16-19 CE). The Mediterranean that has taken on a religious character between Islam and Christianity. Algeria rose to it with strong determination relying on its majestic fleet and its brave sailors, in which they extended their authority over the maritime routes, so that no single ship of foreign countries sailed the sea without the permission of the Algerian navy, and this movement has resulted in a clear social and economic transformation for all countries and their inhabitants, benefiting from the spoils of the sea. The diverse markets and the palaces of the rulers filled it. It is noted that the naval jihad movement gained the attention of foreign historians, who wrote about it due to its importance in changing the balance of power at sea, despite the hatreds and hatreds that their writings carry based on abhorrent ideological and religious orientations. |d Cet article vise à mettre en lumière différents angles du mouvement du jihad maritime en Algérie pendant la domination ottomane dans la période entre les siècles (10-13 AH / 16- 19 CE). La Méditerranée qui a pris un caractère religieux entre islam et christianisme. L'Algérie s'y est levée avec une forte détermination en s'appuyant sur sa majestueuse flotte et ses courageux marins, dans lesquels ils étendaient leur autorité sur les routes maritimes, de sorte qu'aucun navire de pays étrangers ne naviguait sur la mer sans l'autorisation de la marine algérienne elle-même, et ce mouvement a abouti finalement à une transformation sociale et économique claire pour tous les pays et leurs habitants, bénéficiant du butin de la mer.
