This paper examines the role of Moroccan SMEs in the development of regional integration in Africa. The aim is to define the concept of internationalization and to analyze some of the problems faced by SMEs in the process of their regional integration in Africa, related to the environmental context in which these companies operate, and finally to present the strategies favouring their competitiveness and their internationalization to face the competition. Cette communication examine le rôle des PME marocaines dans le développement de l’intégration régionale en Afrique. Il s’agit de définir le concept d’internationalisation et d’analyser certains problèmes auxquels se heurtent les PME dans le processus de leur intégration régionale en Afrique afférents au contexte environnemental dans lequel évoluent ces entreprises et de présenter enfin les stratégies favorisant leur compétitivité et leur internationalisation pour faire face à la concurrence. |
