| المستخلص: | في هذا البحث بيان لأهمية تشخيص الطبيب وذلك ببيان أثره في الأحكام الشرعية، حيث يختلف الحكم الشرعي في الواقعة الواحدة إذا اختلف التشخيص الطبي في كثير من الحالات. ولأجل هذا البيان قسم الباحث بحثه إلى فصلين: الفصل الأول قام فيه بتعريف تشخيص الطبيب، مع بيان أهميته بشكل عام، مع ذكر الأدلة على مشروعية الاعتماد على تشخيص الطبيب، وأخيرا ذكر صفات تشخيص الطبيب. أما الفصل الثاني ففيه بيان أثر تشخيص الطبيب في الحكم الشرعي، من عدة نواح هي: -بيان أثر تشخيص الطبيب للمرض. -بيان أثر تشخيص الطبيب للدواء. -بيان أثر تشخيص الطبيب لطريقة عمل الدواء في المرض. -بيان أثر تشخيص الطبيب لمآل استخدام الدواء أو العلاج. وسبق هذين الفصلين مقدمة وبعدهما الخاتمة التي ذكر فيها الباحث أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها. The second chapter explains the impact of the diagnosis of the doctor in ruling, in many ways are: -Impact Statement doctor's diagnosis of the disease. -Impact Statement doctor's diagnosis of the drug. -Impact Statement doctor's diagnosis of the modus operandi of the drug in the disease. -Impact Statement doctor's diagnosis for the fate of the use of medication or treatment. Previously, these two chapters Introduction and Conclusion beyond that which the researcher said the most important findings. |
