| المستخلص: | اهتم المجتمع الدولي بقضايا الطفل وحقوقه مثل سائر الحقوق المرتبطة بحقوق الإنسان، وهو ما تجسد في اهتمام الأمم المتحدة بالطفل وعملت جاهدة على بلورة عدة صكوك دولية وإقليمية من شأنها ترقية وتعزيز حماية حقوق الطفل. وقد سعى المشرع الجزائري إلى وضع منظومة وقائية وجزائية تتماشى مع الاتفاقيات الدولية عن طريق سن جملة من النصوص القانونية على غرار قانون حماية الطفل 12-15، الذي يعد آلية وطنية من شأنها تعزيز وحماية حقوق الطفل. The international community paid attention to the issues of the child and his rights like all other rights related to human rights, which was embodied in the concern of the United Nations to the child and worked hard to develop several international and regional instruments that would promote and strengthen the protection of the rights of the child. The Algerian legislator has sought to put in place a preventive and penal system in line with international conventions by enacting a number of legal texts similar to the Child Protection Law 15-12, which is a national mechanism that promotes and protects the rights of the child. |
