| المستخلص: | وتهدف الدراسة إلى الوصول للعوامل المؤثرة في أسلوب حياة الشباب وأثرها، وبناء برنامج مبني على استراتيجيات الخدمة الاجتماعية الرياضية لتحسين أسلوب حياة الشباب، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحثة استبانة أسلوب حياة الشباب من إعداده وتحتوي على ستة أساليب (الأسلوب الاجتماعي- أسلوب السيطرة- أسلوب النشاط- أسلوب التحكم الذاتي- أسلوب الأخذ- أسلوب الباحث عن الاستحسان)، وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على طلاب جامعة الزقازيق، أما بالنسبة لحجم عينة بحثي فقد ارتأيت أن تكون ممثلة لمجتمع الدراسة بنسبة (10%) بالنسبة للطلاب والطالبات، أجريت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية بسيطة بلغ عددها (700) طالب وطالبة بنسبة مئوية (10.74%) من تخصصات مختلفة، وقد تم اختيار العينة بالطريقة العمدية العشوائية من أربعة كليات، ثلاث كليات عملية وهم كلية (الطب- التربية الرياضية للبنين والتربية الرياضية البنات) وكلية نظرية وهي (كلية التجارة)، وتم سحب (100) طالب وطالبة كعينة للدراسة الاستطلاعية، وبذلك تصبح عينة البحث الأساسية (600) طالب وطالبة، وتوصل الباحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمهم أن أساليب الحياة نالت استحسان عدد كبير من طلاب الجامعات، كما توصلت إلى أنه يجب أن وضع تصور مقترح لدور الخدمة الاجتماعية الرياضية. The study aims to reach the factors affecting the youth's lifestyle and their impact, and to build a program based on the strategies of social sports service to improve the lifestyle of young people, and to achieve the goals of the study, the researcher used a youth lifestyle questionnaire prepared by him and it contains six methods (social style- control style- activity style- The method of self-control- the method of taking- the method of the desirability seeker), and the questionnaire was applied to the students of Zagazig University, as for the size of the research sample, it was decided that it should be representative of the study community by (10%) for male and female students, the study was conducted on a simple random sample of (700) male and female students with a percentage (10.74%) from different specializations, and the sample was chosen deliberately randomly from four colleges, three practical colleges and they are the College of (Medicine- Physical Education for Boys and Girls' Physical Education) and a theoretical college (the College of Commerce). Withdrawing (100) male and female students as a sample for the exploratory study, and thus the basic research sample becomes (600) male and female students, and the researcher reached several results, the most important of which is that the life styles have won the approval of a large number of university students. I arrived at that a proposed concept should be drawn up for the role of social sports service. |
