| المستخلص: | عرضت الباحثة في البحث الحالي أهم الاتجاهات النظرية المعاصرة لدراسة ظاهرة التحضر والحضرية والتي من شأنها أن تعطي تفسير لنشأت المدن وظاهرة التحضر وكانت أبرز الاتجاهات النظرية المعاصرة والحديثة لدراسة ظاهرة التحضر هو اتجاه عالم الاجتماع الإسباني مانويل كاستلز الذي لعب دورا هاما في تطوير علم الاجتماع الحضري والماركسي مؤكدا على دور الحركات الاجتماعية في صراع التحولات داخل المدن كما قدم مبدأ الاستهلاك الجماعي المواصلات العامة والسكن الشعبي وحدد النطاق الواسع من الصراعات الاجتماعية نتيجة تدخل الدولة من مجال الاقتصاد إلى مجال السياسة مهملا قيود الماركسية وهاجر لها منذ الثمانينيات ومركز على دور التكنولوجيا الجديدة في إعادة هيكلة الاقتصاد كما قدم عام ١٩٨٩ مبدأ ومفهوم فضاء التدفقات الذي يقصد به العناصر المادية وغير المادية لشبكات المعلومات العالمية التي يتناسق من خلالها الاقتصاد أكثر وأكثر في الوقت الحقيقي وعبر المسافات وتري الباحثة أن الاتجاهات السابق الإشارة إليها تنزع إلى أن يكون كل منها له رؤيته المحددة في تفسير ظاهرة التحضر وكل اتجاه ينفرد بزاوية محددة أما عند تحليل وتفسير الظاهرة الحضرية والتحضر فإن من الأهمية أن يستوعب التحليل الأبعاد الاقتصادية، السياسية، السيكولوجية التنظيمية، الديموغرافية، الأيكولوجية والنموذجية معا على نحو يجمع بين هذه الاتجاهات عنده تحديد وتفسير ظاهرة التحضر. In the current research, the researcher presented the most important contemporary theoretical trends to study the phenomenon of urbanization and urbanism, which would give an explanation for the emergence of cities and the phenomenon of urbanization and urbanism these trends are: the bidirectional trend, historical trend, economic trend, demographic trend, ideal trend, ecological trend, psychological trend, organizational trend, value-orientation trend, political and administrative trend. The most prominent contemporary and modern theoretical trends to study the phenomenon of urbanization and urbanism was the direction of the Spanish sociologist Manuel Castells, who played an important role in developing Urban and Marxist sociology, stressing the role of social movements in the struggle of transformations within cities. He also introduced the principle of collective consumption, public transportation and popular housing, and identified the wide range of social conflicts as a result of state interventions from the field of economy to the field of politics, neglecting the limitations of Marxism and migrating from it in the eighties and focusing on the role of new technology in restructuring the economy, he also presented in 1989 the principle and concept of the space of flows, which is meant by the physical and immaterial elements of global information networks through which the economy is more and more coordinated in current time and across distances. The researcher believes that each of the aforementioned trends tend to have a specific vision in explaining the phenomenon of urbanization and urbanism and each direction is unique to a specific angle when analyzing and interpreting the phenomenon Urbanization and urbanism, as it is important for the analysis to include the economic, political, organizational, demographic, ecological and ideal dimensions together in a way that combines these trends when identifying and explaining the phenomenon of urbanization and urbanism. |
