| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد طبيعة الخدمات والبرامج التي تقدمها لجان التنمية الاجتماعية الأهلية بمحافظة غامد الزناد بالباحة، والتعرف على أهم التحديات التي تواجه لجان التنمية الاجتماعية الأهلية، والتعرف على مجالات العمل التطوعي المرتبطة بلجان التنمية الاجتماعية الأهلية، والكشف عن خصائص المتطوعين للالتحاق بالعمل التطوعي وتقديم مقترحات لتفعيل دور لجان التنمية الاجتماعية الأهلية في ضوء رؤية المملكة ٢٠٣٠. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح الاجتماعي بشقيه الشامل (للمتطوعين بلجنة التنمية الاجتماعية الأهلية المختارة) والعينة القصدية (لجنة التنمية الاجتماعية الاهلية)، وقد تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بطريقة العينة القصدية من المتطوعين بلجنة التنمية الأهلية بمحافظة غامد الزناد بمنطقة الباحة وعددها (١١٣) مبحوثا يمثلون عينة البحث، واستخدمت الدراسة الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة لجمع بيانات الدراسة. وخلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى: أن طبيعة الخدمات والبرامج التي تقدمها لجان التنمية الاجتماعية الأهلية جاءت بدرجة (متوسطة) بمتوسط بلغ (٤.٢٤) وانحراف معياري (1.08) وتمثلت أهم هذه الخدمات في "تقديم خدمات وبرامج اجتماعية وثقافية وأسرية لأفراد المجتمع المحلي"، كما بينت النتائج أن مجالات العمل التطوعي المرتبطة بلجان التنمية الاجتماعية جاءت بدرجة (متوسطة) بمتوسط بلغ (3.28) وانحراف معياري (٠.٩٦) وتمثلت أهم هذه المجالات في "المساهمة مع المؤسسات الخيرية في الاحتفال بالمناسبات الوطنية تعزز من الانتماء إلى الوطن"، كذلك بينت النتائج أن خصائص المتطوعين للالتحاق بالعمل التطوعي جاءت بدرجة (متوسطة) بمتوسط بلغ (٢.٩٢) وانحراف معياري (٠.٩٣) وتمثلت أهم هذه الخصائص في أن "المتطوع يتمتع بمهارات التواصل والتفاهم مع الآخرين"، وبينت النتائج أيضا أن أدوار المتطوعين ودوافعهم نحو العمل التطوعي جاءت بدرجة (متوسطة) بمتوسط بلغ ( ٣.٢٢) وانحراف معياري (٠.٧٩) وتمثلت أهم هذه الأدوار في "سعي المتطوع للحصول على الثواب من الله سبحانه وتعالى"، كما بينت النتائج أن أهم التحديات التي تواجه لجان التنمية الاجتماعية الأهلية جاءت بدرجة (متوسطة) بمتوسط بلغ (3.20) وانحراف معياري (١.٠٣) وتمثلت أهم هذه التحديات في "ضعف الجانب الإعلامي في إبراز دور لجان التنمية الاجتماعية الأهلية في تنمية المجتمع المحلي". وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة أن تأخذ لجنة التنمية الاجتماعية بمحافظة غامد الزناد بمبدأ تنوع وشمولية وتكامل الخدمات والبرامج المتقدمة؛ حيث لا يحصل التركيز على نوع من الخدمات دون الأخرى. The study aimed to determine the nature of the services and programs provided by the civil social development committees in the Ghamid Al-Zinad governorate in Al-Baha, to identify the most important challenges facing the civil social development committees, to identify the areas of volunteer work associated with the civil social development committees, to reveal the characteristics of volunteers to join volunteer work and to submit proposals to activate, the role of the civil social development committees in the light of the Kingdom’s vision 2030. The study relied on the comprehensive social survey approach (for volunteers in the selected civil social development committee) and the intentional sample (the civil social development committee), the study sample was selected using the intentional sampling method of volunteers in the Civil Development Committee in Ghamid Al-Zinad governorate in Al-Baha region, numbering (113) respondents who represent the research sample. The study used the questionnaire as a main tool for collecting study data. The results of the study concluded: that the nature of the services and programs provided by the community social development committees came at a (medium) degree with an average of (4.24) and a standard deviation (1.08), and the most important of these services was “providing social, cultural and family services and programs for members of the local community,” as the results showed. The areas of voluntary work associated with the social development committees came at a (medium) degree with an average of (3.28) and a standard deviation (0.96), and the most important of these areas was “contributing with charitable institutions in the celebration of national occasions that enhance belonging to the homeland,” The results also showed that the characteristics of volunteers to join volunteer work came to a (medium) degree with an average of (2.92) and a standard deviation (0.93), and the most important of these characteristics was that “the volunteer has the skills of communication and understanding with others.” The results also showed that the roles and motives of volunteers towards volunteer work It came with a (medium) degree with an average of (3.22) and a standard deviation of (0.79). The most important of these roles was "the volunteer's quest to obtain the reward from God Almighty". The results also showed that the most important challenges facing the civil social development committees came with a (medium) degree, with an average of (3.20) and a standard deviation (1.03). The most important of these challenges was represented in the "weakness of the media aspect in highlighting the role of the community social development committees in the development of the local community." The study recommended that the Social Development Committee in Ghamid Governorate should take the principle of diversity, comprehensiveness and integration of the services and programs provided; where the focus does not get on one type of service without the other. |
