| 520 | |a الاتصال أحد المتطلبات الأساسية لقيام المؤسسة باعتباره موردا هاما يساعد على اتخاذ القرارات خاصة فيما يتعلق بإدارة الأزمات، أصبح توظيفه صورة ملحة نظرا لأهمية المعلومات للوقاية أو التقليل من أي أضرار أو خسائر. في هذا السياق سنقف عند جائحة كورونا كوفيد 19 كأزمة وعلاقتها بالصحة المدرسية المصممة لتعزيز صحة التلاميذ في السن المدرسية وتعزيز صحة المجتمع من خلال المدارس عن طريق وحدات الكشف والمتابعة، خاصة وأن الصحة المدرسية كجانب أساسي من جوانب التربية تلقى اهتماما وعناية أفضل نسبيا في قيم الأسرة والمجتمع بمؤسساته، وبالتالي هدف المقال إلى تقديم رؤية وصفية تحليلية للبعد الاستراتيجي لاتصال الأزمات وهو موضوع يتصف بالحداثة والأهمية في الدراسات الإعلامية والاتصالية. وأظهرت نتائج المقال أن البعد الاستراتيجي لاتصال الأزمات يتطلب وجود تخطيط مسبق للتعامل الاتصالي مع الأزمة قائم على آلية متكاملة للتواصل مع المعنيين بالأزمة والحرص على توفير المعلومة التي تردم الفجوة المعرفية الطارئة فيما يتعلق بالأزمة وحيثياتها خلال مراحلها الثلاثة: نشر المعلومات، يليها تفسيرها ثم مرحلة الوقاية وضرورة تصميم علمي لاستراتيجية اتصالية للتعامل مع الأزمة. |b Since communication is one of the basic requirements for the establishment of the institution as an important resource that allows and helps to make decisions, especially with regard to crisis management, its usage has become urgent due to the importance of information to prevent or reduce any damages or losses. In this context, we will stand at the Corona (Covid 19) pandemic as a crisis and its relationship to school health designed to enhance the health of students at school age and promote community health through schools, detection and follow-up units, especially since school health, as an essential aspect of education, receives relatively better attention and care in the values of the family, society and its institutions. Therefore, the article aims to provide a descriptive and analytical vision of the strategic dimension of crisis communication, which is a topic characterized by modernity and importance in media and communication studies. The results of the article showed that the strategic dimension of crisis communication requires a pre-planning for communication with the crisis based on an integrated mechanism for communication with those concerned with the crisis and keenness to provide information that bridges the emergency knowledge gap related to the crisis and its merits during its three stages: dissemination of information, followed by its interpretation, and then the prevention stage and the need for a scientific design of a communication strategy to deal with the crisis. | ||
