| 520 | |a تتمتع أفغانستان بموقع جغرافي متميز بآسيا الوسطى، كما تمتلك العديد من الثروات المعدنية الغير مستغلة، فضلا عن كونها أقرب معبر إلى أسواق جنوب آسيا، لذا تأتي أفغانستان على قائمة المصالح الدولية والإقليمية، فقد سعت العديد من القوى الدولية والإقليمية كروسيا والصين وإيران لملء الفراغ الذي تركته الولايات المتحدة بعد الانسحاب من أفغانستان، كما أبدت هذه القوى استعدادها للتعامل مع الحكومة الجديدة لكي تجعل لها موطئ قدم- في أفغانستان بشكل يمكنها من الحفاظ على مصالحها هناك وتعزيز نفوذها في أفغانستان والمنطقة، الأمر الذي من شأنه أن يحول أفغانستان لساحة للصراع الدولي والإقليمي. تطرح الدراسة البحثية تساؤلات حول ما هي حيثيات قرار الانسحاب الأمريكي من أفغانستان؟ وما هي دوافع الانسحاب الأمريكي من أفغانستان؟ ما هي التداعيات الدولية والإقليمية للانسحاب الأمريكي من أفغانستان؟ ما هو مستقبل الوضع في أفغانستان في ظل نظام طالبان الجديد؟ وتتناول الدراسة المحاور الأتية: المحور الأول: حيثيات قرار الانسحاب الأمريكي من أفغانستان. المحور الثاني: دوافع الانسحاب الأمريكي من أفغانستان المحور الثالث: التداعيات الدولية والإقليمية للانسحاب الأمريكي من أفغانستان أولا: تداعيات الانسحاب الأمريكي من أفغانستان على الوضع الداخلي. ثانيا: التداعيات الدولية للانسحاب الأمريكي من أفغانستان. ثالثا: التداعيات الإقليمية للانسحاب الأمريكي من أفغانستان. المحور الرابع: مستقبل الوضع في أفغانستان في ظل نظام طالبان الجديد. |b Afghanistan has a distinct geographical location in Central Asia, and it also possesses many untapped minerals wealth, in addition to being the closest crossing point to the markets of South Asia. Therefore, Afghanistan comes on the list of international and regional interests, as many international and regional powers such as Russia, China and Iran have sought to fill the void left by the United States after the withdrawal from Afghanistan. These forces also showed their willingness to deal with the new government to make it a foothold in Afghanistan in a way that would enable it to preserve its interests there and enhance its influence in Afghanistan and the region, which would turn Afghanistan into an arena for international and regional conflict. The research study questions: what are the merits of the decision to withdraw from Afghanistan? What are the motives of the American withdrawal from Afghanistan? What are the international and regional implications of the U.S withdrawal from Afghanistan?
